Poor customer service. Do not believe A.I. estimates ever. It was not even close. Decided to have the car towed home after the in person estimate was given. To my surprise it arrived with major MISSING parts. Entire front bumper, two headlights, and front tire. I gave permission for an estimate. NOT for them to take and keep parts without notification. Had to go back to the store myself to get them. Asked where the hardware was that attached these parts to the car. Manager Jesse gave me a random old worn out bag that was labeled “back door” Our front bumper was accessed not a back door. Incredibly disappointing service. We are already in bind after a wreck and caliber collision Huntsville AL on independence Dr made it an even bigger mess If you look below they stated that they would “make it right” they did not. I sent an email and a follow up email 5 days apart. Never got a reply.

Office staff was awesome and accommodating. I was kept informed at all times. However, the workmanship/quality of the repair work just wasn't the best. It wasn't terrible, but could have been much better. I was hoping for a factory finish given that's what I had before the young lady impacted me. Anytime an insurance company recommends a shop, stay clear of that shop. That means that the shop has a contract with the insurance company to perform minimum workmanship and repair in order to maximize their profits for the insurance company.

After selecting one Caliber Collision shop (in Madison, Alabama), they said that they were busy and asked to move my truck to another, “less busy”Caliber Collision shop in Huntsville. Only to have the completion date pushed back multiple times, adding almost a month to the original completion date. When I picked it up, the doors that were “repaired” had a less than acceptable paint job with major “orange peel”. Multiple pieces were not installed correctly and the rear door didn’t close properly and was misaligned when i picked it up. They fixed the door alignment in the spot and made that correct. They said they would call me back to schedule a time to fix the paint and never called back after two weeks. There are far too many collision repair shops in town to not have a company at least try to do their best to make things right.

Giving this repair shop 1 star is very generous after my experience with them. My 2025 Mazda CX-50 was involved in a deer accident and my insurance told me to take it to their recommend repair shop (Caliber Collision). I dropped my car off on June 3rd for repairs to the front portion of my vehicle and was not able to pick up my car until August 15th. THREE MONTHS. They send out automated messages telling you that your vehicle is ready when it actually isn't. Do not believe that you car is actually getting repaired on-time unless you call and speak with someone. Brad and Sarah were the two people involved with my vehicle repair. Everything on my vehicle was repaired except for a radiator shutter that was no longer being produced and not in-stock anywhere. After speaking with Geico and the adjustor approving for Caliber to source the part from outside of their normal procedures due to the limited availability, it wasn't until my father found the part on E-bay that it finally got ordered. Brad was told several times that there were parts in-stock on E-bay but nothing was every actually done until my father intervened. I spoke with him several times and he was going to "look into it". Also, each time you call them Sarah answers and you never fully know what's happening with your vehicle because she doesn't know either. The part finally was ordered and I called Caliber and was informed that my vehicle would be ready the following week. The pickup week comes and I receive automated messages telling me that my vehicle is ready just to find out that the part came in BROKEN which completely contradicted the story I was told about my vehicle going to be ready next week. My theory is that no one actually checked the part when it arrived or someone broke it while trying to put it on the vehicle. Either way, I will NEVER bring my vehicle back here. DO NOT bring your vehicles here for repair unless you want them sitting in a lot for several months with no clear answers.

I had a great experience at Calliber Collision in Huntsville. I made an appointment over the phone last week for an estimate. During that appointment I met Bo, who generously took his time investigating my car's damages and gave me a full estimate with my total cost. Later that day, I called to confirm my decision to go through with his estimate and to order the parts. A few days later they called me to come back in and I easily made an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. At the repair appointment, I worked with Bo and Riley who were both very accommodating and processional. They worked together to complete my repairs in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure my damages were completely repaired. I'm thankful for honest and hardworking professionals such as these, and I highly recommend this location for your unexpected car repairs. Thank you!

From staff to communication, and even expected time of repair, they left a memorable impression on me. The repair was flawless and the appearance is amazing.
