I brought my car here to get new tires and brakes because the dealership quoted me something ridiculous! These guys were wonderful. Justin hooked me up with a military discount and got everything done, saving me hundreds. Took a few hours and they had excellent communication! The team was attentive and quick. My vehicle was treated well and I love being able to see the work since the shop is mostly outside. My only complaint is the lobby/waiting area was quite dirty (crumbs and debris). Easy fix! Just could go with 5 stars because of it.

We had such a great experience with Mavis today! We have had issues with other shops recently with getting our delivery van worked on and fixed in a timely manner so we decided to give Mavis a try because they had great Google reviews and were not far from our shop. I called around 10am and let them know one of the tires on our delivery van had a nail in it and asked if they’d be able to patch it ASAP for us so we could get back to our deliveries for the day. They said absolutely and to go ahead and bring it over. Our delivery driver was back at our shop by 11am with the tire fixed and for a reasonable rate! Our tires were technically under warranty if we’d gone back to our previous repair place but it was worth paying for the patch ourselves just to get excellent customer service! Mavis will be our new go-to shop for all tire and brake needs.

I needed an alignment, and decided to try Mavis for the first time. The process was straightforward, and they told me the cost before starting the work. They did the job, didn't try up-selling me, and provided a before/after print-out of the alignment parameters. I don't know what alignments typically cost, but this seems like a very good value. Recommended.

Absolutely amazing service! We brought our car in for a power steering issue and they found a huge fracture in our axel, too. It was more than we could afford to fix, but Ms Wendy worked with us to get the price as low as possible. Then when we had to use Flex Shopper to pay for it, she walked us through the process step by step and even called the company to expedite the approval so we could get back to work as soon as possible. She has always been a wonderful person who cares more about people's safety than the money. She goes out of her way to get cars safe and back on the road, working within your means to do so. We only go to this Mavis for all our cars!

I got a nail in my tire the night before the ice event in Huntsville. Most places were closed the following morning but Ky at Mavis tire said the would be open all day. Going slow, it took me longer to drive 3 miles to the shop than it did for them to fix the tire and have me on my way. They were friendly, professional, and did quality work.

The experience while I was there was great. The woman at the counter was kind and accommodating. However, when I made the appointment for my service, I had my vehicle recently tested for the issue and it was the alternator. I also needed brake work done so when I called I asked for both services it was no problem they fit me right in quickly! When I get there I’m told the alternator is fine but the battery is the actual issue. The service is changed it’s all taken care of wham bam thank you ma’am. 2 weeks later on the way to pick up my kiddo, I’m on the side of the road with a dead car. When it was tested again to diagnose the problem… it was the alternator.

My sisters and I (with our 4 children) were coming through Huntsville when suddenly our right rear tire was loosing air. We found this place just in time. It's a Sunday afternoon, and they were open, kind, patient, and quickly got our tire off and looked at. They took the tire off the rim to make sure the sidewall was okay and searched all over it. Luckily, it was just the valve stem. They replaced it and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. What a God sent blessing they were to us! If you need any tire, brake, or battery work done, I will highly recommend you come see Jarod Northern. He will absolutely take care of you.
