My experience with Firestone has been truly remarkable for over two decades. While the service may vary across different locations, both I and everyone I have recommended to see Brain at North Parkway have consistently left feeling satisfied. Many of them remain loyal customers to this day. Although I may not always concur with his evaluation of my situation, and he may grow weary of my aging van, he has, nonetheless, kept it operational and on the road for over 330,000 miles. My continued patronage is a testament to his integrity. Thank you for everything, Brain.

I would not recommend this location!! I’ve brought my car to them twice & have had issues both times! The first time I brought it in and paid $100 for the diagnostic inspection. I already knew the price beforehand because I called my warranty company first.. Josh attempted to lie and gaslight me into thinking he got my a discount or deal and was able to get the price down from 200 to 100 which was a lie! As I stated I had already called my warranty company beforehand and knew what I would have to pay. Mistake number one on their end. Next he gave me a list of things he claimed was wrong with the car totaling almost $2k!!!! I didn’t touch a thing on the list and my car has ran just fine for over a year. Now on to the second visit.. I brought my car in stating my alternator is bad and needs to be replaced. I spoke with my company and they agreed it would be covered under my contract. They kept my car for almost one week to call me and say the company wouldn’t cover anything I then let Josh know that I spoke to the company and that he didn’t submit a claim for anything that would be covered or for the the alternator at all he then told me the people I’m speaking to (customer service) don’t know anything about cars and don’t understand & that he spoke to tech savy or car savy people who do 😂 then he told me that I needed to purchase a new battery from them first and then they could install it and test my alternator… didn’t mention if they had tried to charge my battery or anything else just that I needed to buy a new battery. So it seems they only care about money here and not about actually helping their customers fix or resolve their issues! He will gaslight you and lie and try to manipulate you into purchasing new things or paying for new parts etc driving your cost/bill up. $175 later & I had to have my car towed elsewhere!!! I will never bring my car back here again and will make sure I let anyone I know/am affiliated with know how much of a scam this place is! Josh the service manager or whoever he is has terrible customer service skills! 0/10 would never recommend!!! TRASH!

I was given expert advice when I called to compare tires for my car. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and I only waited about an hour and 45 minutes for the project to be done. I was a little disappointed that I was charged for a service without my prior consent, but I know the technician was only trying to be thorough. I would think that an alignment would be included with a full set of tires. I was not told it would be extra.

I used to visit this place often and always recommended it, but unfortunately the service has declined. The customer service experience was very poor. I spoke with the service manager, Joshua Garrison, who placed blame on the store manager, Brian McFerrin, for his shortcomings instead of taking ownership as a whole. It also seems as if the staff does not communicate with one another. I left extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I came for an oil change, had a nail in my tire & he came & showed me a picture & ask if I wanted them to patch it before mechanics proceeded. 10/10.

For decades, I’ve continued to use this Firestone location for one reason-Brian. As a woman, it can be incredibly difficult navigating car repairs, but Brian has always made the experience easier. He’s trustworthy, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and never makes me feel rushed or uninformed. I truly appreciate his integrity and kindness, he’s the reason I keep coming back.

My payment went through on my end, but not there’s apparently. I was held there for 40 minutes and was told to pay again multiple times but again on my end it had gone through. The manager told the associate who was helping (Derek) me to call help desk, and they needed a number from someone who wasn’t there. A higher up manager was called and charging me again, or holding my card until said person returned. While Derek who had helped me the whole time was still on the phone with help desk trying to help me, and the manager was speaking poorly and disrespectfully to Derek. Eventually the manager calls his higher up again and he “supposedly” said he’d cover since it was only an oil change, after i had been held for 40 minutes. I really hope Derek either leaves this location or gets a new job because he was an absolute saint and did not deserve the treatment he received nor did i.

Stopped in at 5:30 to see if they could check a tire that gave a low pressure light as we were driving into Huntsville. Was told no, that we could leave it overnight and they would check it. (Explained we do not live in Huntsville and were not staying overnight) They close at 8pm and no other customers visible. I understand they do mechanical work but they are a tire center so you think that would be a easy, quick thing to check but apparently not. Not even willing to visually inspect.
