Jessica N has been my rep for my two services. Both times she was very helpful and speedy. I figured a recall on my vehicle would take several days to fix, but she assured me it'd be ready by end of day (which it was). Also here's a tip, by making an appointment on the website, you can choose the rep you want. As far as the actual service, I've had no issues yet. It's definitely been a better experience than other service places I've gone to.

The service department will cheat any chance they get. I had my transmission service at 60K, then the service manager said I needed new transmission fluid 15K later. They will absolutely try to upsale you on brakes and tires. The service advisor Joseph Morris is a weasel, the female manager of Toyota service is a liar, and Bill Penny is a bunch of Crooks!!! They sold me the car used and lied during that process: used card salesman handed me a FOB from another used truck and told me to get it reprogrammed (you can only progam a FOB once). They hid that the passenger side floor mat was missing at 30K with once of those disposable mats (I didn't catch it until the truck was purchase)...salesman said tough luck I guess. Terrible employees. Sad to see Bill Penny service has gone down hill. The drive to push up-charges & up-sales is very apparent. Never in my life have I had it recommend that I change my brake fluid so often...Like every oil change?!?! My girlfriend & mother were both sold new tires when they did not nee them (my mother's 60K tires had less than 30K). They sold me a Tacoma with a defective head/headgasket. When they did the warranty repair the technician didn't bother to re-attach my dipstick. Lovely sound. I'm 80K in on a 100K warranty and I look forward to the day I can take my truck elsewhere.

Service department way overbooks their appointments. It was over 3 hours for an oil change the last time I was here. I thought it just as bad day and they got behind. I made an 8 am appointment today thinking that l’ll prevent a long wait. Wrong. It’s already been 3 hours and I’m still waiting. No one has said a word or made an apology. I’m not coming back.

Poor Service and Tire Quality – Toyota Service Center, University Drive, Huntsville I had a very disappointing experience with the Toyota service center on University Drive in Huntsville. I purchased a brand new 2025 Camry, and shockingly, at just 2,000 miles, I noticed bubbling on the tires. The service team said the tires needed to be replaced, which was extremely frustrating for a brand new vehicle. After replacing them (at my cost), I experienced the same tire bubbling issue again after only 3,000 more miles. It’s clear they are providing poor-quality tires to customers and then pushing the cost of replacements back on us. To make matters worse, when I recently went in to get my tires rotated, they told me they would not provide rotation service until the tires are replaced again. This is unacceptable. Tire rotation is part of routine maintenance, and refusing to perform it because of a tire defect (which is not the customer’s fault) is highly unprofessional. This has been the worst service experience I've ever had. I expected much better from Toyota. I hope management addresses the quality of the tires they are installing and improves how they treat their customers

Waited 30 minutes to be checked for a 10:30 am appointment. Took almost 3 hours to get an oil change. Charged us a whole lot for air filters (when being checked in they said it wouldn't be much) mind you we pay for the warranty ( sorry don't know what its called) This is such a greedy dealer service and greedy service!

First service on a 2025 Land Cruiser. This service department is not what it used to be. The service person was short on time and rude. I’ll look for another option in the future whenever possible. They have tons of people working but very few who are interested in helping.

I made an appointment at 7:45 am for a routine 40k service appt. At 10 am I received a text with a video of my car inspection and the guy said he recommended wipers and filters replaced and that my brake pads actually looked good but we might want to scrub them from rust buildup. I approved the charges. At 11:15 I went up and asked for my car. I didn’t want to spend my entire day at the dealership. The service guy- Richard said it was a four hour service (the scrubbing of the rotators). I explained I’ve been there since 7:45, had no communication with anyone apart from the one text to approve what sounded like very small nonchalant things. I had already waited since 7:45 am and they really had no intention of telling me it was going to be an additional 4 hours. I had my dad come get me and take me home and got a text at 2:45 my car was ready. So 7 hours for a 40k routine service is pretty wild and clients should definitely be made aware if they choose to stay that the service will add such and such amount of time. I already don’t want to come because of previous slow experiences but this one on top of being 7 months pregnant really put the cherry on top to an already dreaded day.

They recommended a service at the "severe duty" interval for a daily driver (about twice as often as the regular maintenance interval). Then they charged a ridiculous price for spark plug changes (about 1.5x what it should have been). The final straw was them up-selling me on an unnecessary service. When I looked into it and realized it was unnecessary, I reached out to cancel it within 30 minutes of drop off, their phones were conveniently "having problems". They also charge 3% extra to use credit cards. They take advantage of all the highly paid people in the area who just want convenience. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

On Monday mornings, they allow a group of extremely annoying sports commentators to come in the waiting room and ramble for hours as loud as they possibly can. Apparently this happens every single Monday. Do they not have somewhere better to be doing this? Most of us in the waiting room are trying to work from here and on business calls…QUIETLY. Like normal people. These dudes are literally yelling into headsets. I can’t even hear myself think. That alone ruined my experience. The service itself was fine I guess… nothing special

Amazing! Tyler Long was my service rep. I'm visiting from out of town and had an issue where a local car wash had knocked off a small part from my fender. Not damaged, just knocked out of its place. He said they could definitely get it fixed. Even though there was a lot of people waiting for service, within 10 minutes my car was fixed and ready to go! And also within the Christmas spirit, he did not charge me a thing! Thank you so much to the dealership and to Tyler!

I am awaiting a response from the service manager but I took my 2024 Highlander in last week for a rotate. I have a slow leak in my passenger side front tire. They noted that it was low when I brought it in. A week later, tire pressure sensor came on which was expected but what wasn't expected was for that tire to be in the same place. They took my car in for a rotate, I waited an hour, whoever worked on it tossed some air in the tires, and they most certainly did not rotate them. Absolutely astounding. I called them and they told me that I could make another appointment and I simply do not see that as an appropriate response.

This is a review for the car rental part of Bill Penny. It is to the left of the service department. Free rentals for warranty work and they do rentals daily, weekly, a max of 29 days. The ladies (Mariah and Sierra) who rent the cars make it super smooth and easy. Might consider this over enterprise or budget cars. You get to drive the new cars. Well worth the money!
