Used this shop to repair my back window of my truck. Everything seemed fine when I picked the vehicle up. The next day we used the vehicle for some errands. I noticed that the tint on the replaced window did not match the rest of the windows on the vehicle at all. Looks like they did not use a genuine Ford part, but a cheap replacement. Upsetting, but not as bad as what I found next. Upon a stop during the day, I got my son out of his carseat and he had a piece of glass in his hands. Upon further inspection, it looks like they brushed the glass from the broken window under the seat on the floorboard. The entire floor board was covered with glass. I was promised by the manager that my vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned and would be safe for my toddler. This was not the case at all. Joe Hudson Collision should be ashamed for putting my child in a potentially dangerous situation. I will never use their services again and I hope others see this and are careful before considering using them.

The crew at JH on Hwy 72 provided Outstanding Service! Starting with Latisha’s complimentary and helpful call to assist with an appointment to Jarvis’s friendly intake and evaluation of my vehicle’s damage. Only to meet Tommy who explained & ensured I understood the paperwork that needed my signature once I returned the vehicle to be repaired. Finally Cole’s timely delivery of the finished repairs…I think his pride matched mine equally when looking at my repaired vehicle. Every last person I encountered at JH was not only professional but friendly and understanding. My car looked fantastic! I was banged up but my vehicle wasn’t anymore and I appreciated all of their skill sets. Each of them are Definitely shining stars in their fields of expertise! Thanks Again!!

USAA MEMBERS BEWARE. Absolutely terrible experience. MAKE SURE YOU DO A DETAILED INSPECTION OF YOUR VEHICLE. Used this place because they are a preferred location for USAA. First time I went to pick up my truck it looked like they spread bondo on the door with a butter knife. Also, the replaced headlight looked like it was sanded. Super hazy. USAA said to let Joe Hudson fix the issues. While waiting for the second go around an employee called and said they broke the passenger mirror. Here is were things go very south on the trust scale. The employee said "I could've replaced it and not told you." The next day they said the truck was ready. There were imperfections in the paint. At that point I told them to stop work. Ended up working with USAA to get Woody Anderson to pick up my truck to inspect all work and correct the issues.

***Before and after photos attached!!!*** I picked Joe Hudson's Collision Center on 72 W because I worked there for a short time over 20 years ago and they are a preferred repair shop for State Farm. They had amazing service then and the Manager Mark wouldn't let a car be returned unless it was fixed PERFECT! I was so happy when I stopped by to see if my car had made it there and Mark was still in charge! I know my car is in wonderful hands and as long as when they tear it down to get the estimated cost and it gets approved EVERYTHING will be back to the way it was!!! I have complete faith in this repair shop or I would not have taken my 1 of a kind dream car here!!! ***UPDATE*** Last week I picked up my GORGEOUS car... looks just like it did the day I bought it. $19,800 in damage to the front end where i T-boned another vehicle at 57 mph that pulled right in front of me. Even the gentleman at Landers McCarty that wrote my depreciation letter for insurance could not believe there had been that massive amount of damage. Color of vehicle is SPOT ON!!! You can NOT tell anything happened except the yellow bumper guards that came on it are no longer there (only because you can't order them, not for lack of trying on Jordan's part). I was informed of every single process throughout Jordan, Brooke, Mark and every single employee there has amazing customer service and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are happy!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
