They messed up my brakes. They replaced a tire and my brakes have destroyed since I left. Tire also makes scratching and screech noises when I drive. Went back up there they said it wasn’t them and said take it to a shop. brakes were fine before when my spare was on. If it was messed up before they didnt mention a thing while they changed in but it was fine before. How they tightened it or put it back on messed with the rotor and calipers. don’t recommend. Prices are okay but just $50-100 cheaper than new ones at Discount Tire

Rude horrible customer service had to come back 3 times tires was unbalanced and I have every right to be upset when I have to leave work 3 times and miss out on my money it’s a inconvenience to me and my family how would you feel if you paid for service but they messed up and you have to keep coming back if you overwhelmed from being busy go take a break but understand that I have every right to be pissed off if it was done right the first time I would not be writing a review

Had a flat when i got out of work, called the nearest tire shops to where i work(near the airport)the big name shops wanted $35+ for a plug. A&A did it for $15 and gave me a quote for 4 new tires $400 cheaper then the big name shops. Ill definetly be a return customer

If you have any respect for yourself or the money in your wallet, I'd suggest dodging this place like the plague. This is coming from a previous customer who has used them for years. I called them to have my girlfriend's tires changed. The tires would have to be ordered because they're not typically kept in stock, hence the reason for the initial call. When I let them know that I was aware, they told me I had to come in and make a payment. When I asked if I could pay over the phone, I was informed that option wasn't available. Reason? None. They didn't care that I lived on the other side of town nor the gas wasted by making two trips. I promptly disconnected the call. They'll never have my business again.

Can you feel blessed by having an unexpected flat tire? Yes! if your path leads you to A & A Used Tire. Was told by the dealer that they couldn't fix my tire (even though I had road hazard package). Dealer did mention checking with a used tire place. A & A immediately told me they had a good replacement tire available, but then they recommended checking to see if my tire could be patched (dealer could not). They were able to get my tire patched and get me back on the road in 20 minutes for $20. The office staff, inventory specialist, and tire engineers were all super positive and friendly. I was so encouraged to see hard working, friendly folks who are eager to help. So yes, you can absolutely be blessed by an unexpected flat tire if you go to A & A.
