This guy is a SHADE TREE MECHANIC AT BEST. If I could give Doug a 0 star review I certianly would. I felt that Doug had taken advantage of the situation with my vehicle. I was charged for items that were not installed, and i was not given an itemized list of parts. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO USE A PROFESSIONAL SHOP.

They will rob you blind!! Charged me $200 to put gas in my tank!!! I dropped my car off because it had a misfire and I figured it had got so bad that's why my car wouldn't start but it was really I just was out of gas. Anyway, I told them I only had a couple hundred and to please just test the misfire just run a diagnostic test for $95. So they gave me my car back said they got it running they did something with the fuel pump but I looked and nothing was done what they really did was put gas in it and I feel like an idiot for not checking that first of course but they never tested the misfire I originally asked them to do. So when they no by q me my car back it still had the misfire and I went to the junkyard and got a coil pack for less than 100 bucks and put them on and it fixed the problem and it runs fine.

Doug was straight to the point. He communicated well and got the job done. I didn't meet him, unfortunately, but spoke to him otp. Craig (I think that was his name) represented the business well, though. It was reasonably priced. I got my truck there early, and it was finished before the end of the day. He does not have a card machine. Cash is the preferred form of payment. It's hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic, so I'm thankful. I will take my vehicles to him from now on.
