I went to the cabela drive location august 29th and an employee ran over a curb in my car damaging my bumper. I have talked with the general manager multiple times and have emailed the support team multiple times. Unfortunately, I have still yet to hear anything from the company about taking accountability for the damage caused on my car. Hopefully leaving another review will finally get me a response.

My car was taken in and fixed quickly and the whole process was done with constant and clear communication throughout. I had an outstanding experience at the Express Oil Change on University Drive in Huntsville. From start to finish, the service was above and beyond—truly the best I’ve ever had at an oil change shop. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful. There was one team member in particular—his name was either Dan, Dana, or Dono (it started with a D)—who really stood out. He was incredibly friendly and optimistic, made me feel welcomed right away, and took the time to explain everything. It made such a difference. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. This experience meant even more to me because I had previously gone to the Express Oil Change on North Memorial Parkway, where the service was the complete opposite. The mechanics there were inexperienced and ended up putting the wrong amount of oil in my car, which could have caused serious engine damage. The management there barely acknowledged the issue, let alone tried to make it right. But at the University Drive location, the staff made me feel confident and safe. They weren’t pushy, they were incredibly respectful, and they clearly know what they’re doing. I left with peace of mind—and a smile. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a person and not just a number, go here. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business
