This is the worst store ever so went in on a sat for ball joints and alignment and Jaye messed up my whole abs system he has now transferred and the tech it was $5000 in damage they have moved him another location on university drive. Do not go to the university location

I originally went to a different Midas location but ended up at Winchester Rd because they were able to do my oil change in a timely manner. The manager John was very personable and friendly letting me know exactly any issues that needed to be fixed with my vehicle. I got what I consider a fair price for the work that was done and quoted. I would definitely recommend stopping by for any of your automotive needs.

These guys were great! I came in with no appointment needing new brakes and they helped me out immediately. John greeted me with kindness and got me out in time for me to be at work. Jay and the staff are very nice here at the Midas in Winchester Rd! They have a great price for their full synthetic oil change! I really liked that after the oil change they send me a text with the vehicles inspection that included details and pictures of the vehicle! The staff really goes out of their way for their customers! I’ll be back with my other vehicles for sure!

We called Friday to have a tire rotation and was told they were booked to drop the vehicle off Saturday and they could perform the 20 minute rotation. We arrived Saturday and was told they were too busy while everyone was standing around not doing anything with no other vehicles in the bays. Would not recommend this place as they were not true to their word.

I want to start off saying I'm horrible with cars, know nothing about them. I know I need brake pads, oil change and some routine maintenance. Midas gave me a call, told me what was wrong and the price, before doing anything. Not once did, Midas make me feel dumb or overcharged. And the man at the counter was so nice. And my car drove so much better on the way home. It was good service all around.
