Long story short... don't go anywhere else for car glass. Denise and her team were great. I was out of town when my truck was vandalized. I'm so glad I waited until getting home to have it fixed. They are a busy shop but still managed to find a spot for me so I could get back on the road. Quality, service, price, locally owned... trust me. Pick Denise and A1 Glass and Auto.

This is definitely a small mom and pop business that everyone should support. Do not let the look of the building turn you away as they say; " Do not judge the book by its cover. " Not only are they friendly , they are all professional. Price was amazing and to set up an appointment was simple. Denise got me in within 2 days after the call and my windshield was done within 45 minutes. They commute to your location as long as it is in Huntsville or Madison area. A1 offers a lifetime warranty on your service which is amazing. At the end of the day, they treated you like family versus your everyday customer. Make sure you check them out and support them.

Fantastic experience! They ordered the glass for our windshield and got it in the same day. They picked the car up and delivered I back to us for no extra charge. They also had the best price! It's hard to find good customer service these days and this place makes that statement true. I decided to trust the reviews I seen and thought this was a wonderful place to take my vehicle to. So on Inauguration Day (Jan 20): I walked in asking for a quote for my cracked windshield. The lady at the front desk only asked the year, make, and model of my vehicle at the time. NO VIN NUMBER WAS ASKED! I set up my appointment for the following Friday and thought everything would be fine. Was told it was going to be $474+. The following Friday (Jan 24): I arrived Friday at 9am (my appointment time) and was told the wrong windshield was ordered. No promblem, I understand things can happen. A young gentlemen said, "He'll make sure it's the right windshield for the next time." Again, NO VIN NUMBER was asked from me. My thought at this moment, after the the young gentlemen walked out to check my truck that he recorded the VIN number himself to ensure that the right windshield would be ordered. Was told due to my sensors the downgraded windshield they ordered wouldn't work. NO PROBLEM! Was told with the upgrade, it'll be $510+. Today (Jan. 31): I walked in for my appointment at 8, the same young gentlemen walked out and checked to make sure they ordered the correct windshield. No comment was made. I dropped my truck off and was called again that the wrong windshield was ordered AGAIN. Was asked if I could reschedule and was fine with that after this was third time coming to this place of business. I asked if I could atleast get a discount since I have traveled 40 miles each time just to be told the wrong windshield was ordered. Was told by the young lady, "Did you provide me with the correct VIN number?" I replied, you never asked me any of the previous times I came for a VIN. If you did, I could have easily pulled it up on phone and/or walked out to my truck myself to get it. Not one time did I raise my voice or curse. Only was asking for a small discount for the inconvenience. I wasn't asking for 90%, 75%, or even 50% but 10% or taking the tax off would have been just fine with me. I'm giving them a chance to make it right. I understand and try to support small businesses when I can. She didn't feel the need to give me a small discount then. At that moment, I mentioned, "No worries, just cancel my appointment" and walked out. Again never raising my voice or cursing her out. After I guess realizing what had happen, she proceeded to call me back apologizing and said she'll give me $50 dollars off. We could have settled that in the office before I left. But no worries Mrs. Denise I will never come back. But, I am glad others have had a better experience then I have. Maybe it was something about me that didn't deserve decent customer service. I made an appointment over the phone but somehow or another I did not actually end up on the schedule so when I showed up, there was no appointment for me. I know sometimes mistakes happen, but it was very frustrating to take off work expecting to get my windshield replaced and not be able to. Not a good first impression.

Was recommended this shop by Kia to replace a windshield because Kia doesn't do glass in house. The rep i spoke to was condescending and dismissive. Talked to me like I had no idea details about my own vehicle.

I had to replace the windshield on my vehicle. I selected this business due to the high reviews and recommendations. The customer service was great. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The process was smooth and the wait time was about 1 and 1/2 hours. The new windshield is great, but my rear camera read "RCD unavailable". I inquired as to whether or not did this have to do with the calibration after installing the new windshield. I was told that it didn't, but after doing some research of my own, it did. Instead of taking it to the dealership, I fixed it myself. It needed to be recalibrated. I also had to clean the inside of my vehicle do to dirty foot traffic.

Absolutely top tier service! I called several windshield replacement services and then A-1 was recommended by my vehicles dealership. They were by far the best price and had my windshield in 1 day. The service that my insurance (USAA) recommended had a two week wait for an appointment. I cancelled my insurance claim and paid out of pocket since A-1's price was less than my deductible. They came to my place of work and replaced it on-site. I have a vehicle with adaptive cruise and the other shop said I had to pay (600) to calibrate the system. The system is attached to the frame and should not need calibrating for a simple replacement. I am very pleased and will use this company again if needed. Great customer service and the installation team was very nice and informative. ***UPDATE My windshield is still great over two years later (10/2023)

From my very first phone call to getting the estimate yesterday, to dropping my car off and picking it up the same day—the entire experience was smooth, professional, and beyond satisfactory. They repaired my sunroof drains and fixed the seal, and even went the extra mile by cleaning my headliner that had been stained from the leak. I didn’t even need a rental car because they worked so quickly! What really stood out, though, was how kind and genuine everyone was. It’s rare these days to find a business that truly treats you like family. The owner even let my son pick a few Hot Wheels cars off his wall—such a fun and thoughtful touch!
