Unbeatable prices! And very honest! We took our Expedition to have tires put on at a local (Fayetteville) tire place that also does alignments. They quoted us over 600$! After listing off a bunch of other BS they claimed needed fixed BEFORE they could do our alignment. Took it to Jim (Tom Sharp Tire) and Jim called us (promptly mind you) to tell us that it "wasn't as bad as he thought it was going to be", said he'd have it done a few hours later AND it was only costing us 165$!!!!!!! Yep. This will be the only place we take our vehicles to from now until they close the doors for good!! Thank you Mr. Jim! You're a good man!

From inexpensive tire patces to full sets of tires, I've had it all done here. Only place to go in HSV. Trustworthy, efficient, affordable, & kind...the real deal. Look at all the classic cars and the post office cars in the lot...you know they are the place to go.

I’m assuming it was the owner that I met with. I see the reviews say this place is great, that’s not what I got. Customer service was awful, the guy could care less what was being said and quickly said he was already booked. He did not even attempt to schedule me in. Felt a little racist , and I’m not usually one to say that but I definitely did not feel welcomed.

Excellent customer service, very knowledge. Don't be fooled by the humble exterior, these guys will get it done right. Old school wisdom, new school knowledge. If you want something a step above a typical alignment at a dealer or full service these are the guys. I must sound like a BS review, but I drive some very expensive (typically seen as complex -.-) European vehicles, and these guys have done better that century on alignments.

I've used Sharp's several times over the years and I've never been let down. He is very straight forward, honest and professional. He didn't even look at my car, told me to call in 2 weeks.Because he had a guy on vacation. Very disappointing, found another guy. He was booked but took my car right in and fixed it in one day. I now have .you mechanic.

Scam shop is what it should be called! Paid for an alignment but got crap instead!!! Brand new tires gone after a month and they would not fix what they broke cuz it was after 30 days 😢!!! Do not ever go here to this shop especially if you were born female!!!!!!!

There rude anytime you have a question, and they charge ridicules prices. And they never let you talk to the owner or even a store manager. Definitely will never be coming back there are way cheaper places that have way friendlier customer service than these guys
