I have found my mechanic. He was the only one willing to even try to figure out if he could do the repairs needed without needing to look at my vehicle. When you can only be towed, that is a huge plus. And he was able to not only determine that he could fix it, but also gave me an estimate that was right on the nose. It did take a couple weeks for him to have an opening, but nowadays a good, reliable mechanic will always be in high demand. But once the appt time rolled around, he was done in just a few hours, which was impressive considering what needed done.

During a recent road trip in my 44’ Class A, we struck an object in the highway. It caused damage to my generator exhaust as well as my front lights. RV shops said it would be weeks before they could get us in, so we tried Coles. Not only did he stop what he was doing to help me out, it was able to get me squared away in under an hour. Him and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to help. This place is amazing and I Will definitely have him work on my vehicles in the future.

Cole is super knowledgeable about all vehicles and is always honest. If he can save you money fixing the part itself, he will. Any other shop wouldn't take the time and just charge you for a new part. I highly recommend any and everybody that needs automotive work done to check with Cole first!

Had to fix my A/C- Nissan dealer said I had a hole in my condenser. I just couldn't afford the dealer's service. I also had new brake pads installed here. He said the pads are premium. He also fixed my Rocker and I only had to pay for the clips. At Cole price was decent and you can't question his integrity. The grandpa sitting next to me said he trusts Cole and his whole family came here to fix their cars. Henry was friendly and wagging and greeting everyone - looks like he knows everyone and that said it all.

Cole does great work! He serviced the transmission and performed some other routine maintenance on my Chevy dually prior to us leaving on a camping trip with our fifth wheel. The day we were leaving I didn’t have any trailer brakes. Called Cole, he said “bring it in and I’ll have a look at it”. He found some corrosion on the leads of my wiring harness, cleaned it up, and we were good to go! When we return he’s going to replace the corroded connectors. Highly recommend Cole and his team!

We are about a 150 miles from Huntsville in Alabama just across the line from Columbus Ms. We had business in Huntsville and our truck almost stopped would only idle. God blessed us to be with in 1.6 miles from Cole’s auto Deseil repair. I called their number and talked to Cole, he was so nice and understanding the position we were in. Told me to idle onto the shop, i did he checked it out and in one and a half hours we were back on the road! I will say it again! What a Blessing he and Mrs Kathy were! God Bless!

First vehicle he worked on was mostly good work, the truck engine was fixed, however they did not reassemble thing properly, screw and bolts missing. The 2nd vehicle, he did not make a list of things to be repaired. The list i provided he said he lost, yet it was in the floor board of the vehicle. He mislead me concerning the vehicle usage after transmission rebuild , did not properly install kickdown cable, told me to drive it anyway. Took vehicle back for proper work to be completed, was assured a rapid turnaround. 2 months later my vehicle is sitting on 2 flats and he lied about airing the tires, work still not complete... Now I am forced to take my vehicle to someone else to fix what I was charged for and was never fixed. The lies and manipulation he implemented has left me spending double to get my veicled fixed properly! I don't trust or respect Cole due to his own chosen acts in the situation!!!
