Had a brake light out and stopped in to get a new one. I asked the guy if he wouldn't mind helping me do it real quick. I don't have a whole lot of friends so I needed a second pair of eyes. We replaced the light and found something else that I'll need to fix later. He was super patient even though it was kind of tedious. I asked him his name once we fixed it and his name is Brandon. He said if I ever needed anything he'll be happy to help. I'll probably go out of the way a little bit just to stop in here in the future when I fix stuff because he was so patient. He even had another customer harassing him while he was trying to help me and handled it with care.

Stopped by today(8/13/24) around 5:30pm and asked the cashier if a 4 way lug wrench was available in the loan a tool cart and before the cashier could respond, the bald African American man interrupts her with aggression and says " NAW, HE'S GUNNA HAVE TO BUY THAT". Which it's fine if I needed to buy one. So I get one and bring it up to the cashier to check out and before the cashier rings up my item, the bald African American man says with aggression, "MAKE SURE YOU TELL HIM". So with the look of embarrassment and defeat on her face,the cashier says "this is a 4 way and there's no returns". This man went out of his way to treat me a certain way and he went out of his way to make the cashier uncomfortable. My lug nuts were loose and my old 4 way had a lug nut lodged in it so I couldn't tighten the rest. This work environment needs to be investigated immediately.

Everytime I go to this location it's always a horrible experience. I've had to go to other locations with no problem and way better service/attitudes. Wrong parts 3 separate incidents. Same staff each time. It's the closest to my house but I will use the other three locations from now on. Those other locations have taken care of all issues I have had at this particular location. 0 stars 🌟

I pull up to an employee standing at the entrance smoking and stinking up the front door, I walk in to pick up the oil filter and fuel treatment fluid that I ordered online through their website and was told they don't have either one in stock at this store... Cashier that was looking up my order kept pausing so he could continue playing the video game on his phone.. this place is ridiculous. Needs some new management.

Excellent manager ship put a plug in outside plug in our phones. Cuz we have no way to plug them up and charge them. I have nothing but good to say about it. And hes got a good, clean store. Happy guy, very fun to be around good home people.

Customer service is very crappy ask the man for a tool. He told me unfortunately they don’t do that so they don’t help customers loosen screws or borrow a tool to use outside of the store anymore. Wow I would never come back to this location I called the other 2 in Huntsville they told me to come to them and they would help me with no problems

Guys were awesome and knowledgeable. They helped us out big time by showing us that another location had sold us a faulty battery. They exchanged it for a new one without and hassle and said if we had anymore problems, don’t hesitate to come back and they would be happy to fix it the best they can.

Went to return a few items I bought. That were clearly on shelf for a long time as the boxes were faded. During inspection of the product while returning the clerk looks at me and says this doesn't look new. No shit 😒 the seals were years old by the time I bought them and rusty too. #NOTATHIEF

Purchased a battery here for 2 reasons, Military Discount and free battery installation (installation offered most everyhere). We told the sales rep the year make and model and selected a battery. We asked about Military Discount up front yet when he rang it up, he did not include the Discount. When we asked he was obviously irritated and had to call manager over to code in for override. When I mentioned install he again seemed "inconvenienced". He came out and started the installation. Once he got the old battery out he came to the drivers seat and told me that he wanted me to know that he was doing me a favor by installing and was "in trouble with his boss for doing it" We were LITERALLY parked in front of the FREE INSTALLATION sign. When I pointed that out he said "well that depends on the vehicle". I told him to tell his boss to update the sign. I knew what he wanted...I was being shook down for a tip, which I was going to do anyway! I added a little to what I'd already pulled out and gave it to him when he finished knowing I will never go back to them for ANYTHING nor recommend them after that.

Very quick to help but gave incorrect advice. Truck wouldn’t crank unless I jumped it off. They tested the battery and said it was good. Probably need a starter. Luckily I didn’t believe them and took to an actual mechanic who found that one of the battery cells was dead and replaced the battery. Good customer service. Not great knowledge.

I just wanted to say how much Mark helped me today. I came in needing a couple lights and asked if he could help me install them. He said he really couldn't because there wasn't much staff there. I told him I totally understood. When he went to look up my headlight he said that it could be one of two and he told me I'd have to pull the old bulb out to see which. I clearly looked dejected and he came right out from behind the counter and said he'd check and install it for me anyway. My mechanic dad just died and he had always made sure stuff like this was done for me because it's "man's work" lol. It meant the entire world to me that Mark helped in a really hard moment for me. He didn't need to and he didn't need to shake my hand when he was done, but he did both. Thank you for the compassion today.
