I went there around 3 months ago for my 2013 Mazda cx-5 grand touring Red to have my control arm replaced and other stuff in that process they mess something up with my breaks and it making a squealing sound when i turn and all I went back and they said they fix it but then 4 miles down the road it started again and overall they are a good people and good customer service as well every mechanic shop make mistakes. Looking to hear back from yall. Thank you

I come to them for all of my body work. I recently needed my brakes and rotors changed, and I’m just a girl I don’t know much about cars, but they’re so helpful, and they get me in and out every time. They’re inexpensive too! As the owner of a Volkswagen not many shops will take a chance to even listen to what I need fixed or looked at on my car. A very reliable shop told me my transmission was shot so I called almost every shop in Huntsville and they all turned me away, everyone except for Martinez. I dropped my car off at 9:30 after six hours of driving it he called me and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle, I cried on the phone and when I got there to pick up the vehicle he didn’t charge me a cent. Just recently brought it back for brakes and rotors, the team did a job that alone could’ve cost 1,400 and he only changed me less than half! I will 1000x over choose Martin and his team over any other shop 🤍👍🏼

After the Midas told me that they couldn’t see to my appointment because their computers were down. I called around and found Martinez garage. They told me to come right over and they would get it done and they did. They’re very professional and extremely fast and in my opinion, you can’t beat the cost. Big thanks to Martinez Garage Auto for their knowledgeable and quick service! They took the time to explain what needed to be done and what they did to fix the issue. These Martinez guys are a AMAZING!!!! They are honest and kind! They just did at least $1400 worth of work on my car for $700. I had so many repairs that needed to be done, and when they called to talk to tell me about it I was upset because I struggling right now and told them I was actually staying in a shelter and had just pawned my car title to pay for the repairs, but had nowhere near the amount to get it all done. The son Alex asked what my budget was and I told him I only had $700 to my name and he told me he would call me back. After a few minutes Alex called.back and told me they would repair the car for $700. I was so thankful that I promised him I will recommend them to everyone I know and that I would always come there for my repairs, and he replied and said that was very nice of me, but that sometims you just have to help people out! What? Who does that kind of thing? Well, I'm here to tell you that these guys did! I'm thankful from the bottom of my heart and I will always come back to Martinez! Thank you guys so much!! Y'all are AMAZING!!!

The best auto shop I've ever been to! They are so professional and reasonable. I took my car there to get repaired and I was so surprised to see that they put my old part in my car to show me they'd replaced it. I've never seen such good ethics in a business like this one. This is my new shop maybe they can fix my other car that the owner at Biggers Motor Werks messed up. It's sad they have to fix a problem that another business caused but I appreciate them for sure!

I honestly don’t even have the words for how thankful I am for Martinez Garage. As a woman, walking into some of these big-name auto shops can feel so intimidating and unfortunately like you’re being taken advantage of. That’s exactly how I felt when Firestone quoted me 3200 dollars to replace the front struts and upper control arms on my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali. Long review but well worth it☺️when I tell you Martinez garage honestly shocked the hell Out of me but they indeed got the job done. I wanna start off & tell all of you. If you own a car, fully paid off that’s 10years or older that’s more reliable than these computer tec crap cars. If the motor or transmission has failed you, PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE!! Do not go and buy these tec savy cars & get stuck in a loan & that car fails you before it’s paid off. These people will help you find a motor & transmission and install it at an unbeatable price! I own a 2003 Acura TL, that car has been pure gold to me since Iv owned it. Iv been driving it for years with a bad head gasket & the car finally gave out a few weeks ago. Luckily I was prepared so I had already purchased a motor already. Y’all I was nervous about buying a motor & having one put in the car because I had never done it! But sometimes you just gotta take the chance do it! & I did! I bought a motor with 95,000 miles on it and the original odometer in my car is 288,000 miles. This place installed my motor! Put a new timing belt kit on, installed my custom build radiator, & everything on the cooling system to prevent the car from overheating. Basically everything under the hood is pretty much new. My car is paid off and lord knows I didn’t want another car note! They completed my car in 2 days! & it drives like new like it was just off the lot in 2003. MORAL OF THE STORY IF YOUR CAR IS PAID OFF AND ITS TEMPORARILY DISABLED EXPLORE OPTIONS! A CAR NOTE ISNT ONE. THIS PLACE IS 5 STARS HANDS DOWN MY 2003 ACURA TL IS BETTER THAN THE 2020 TRASH KIA TELLURIDE I OWN THAT IM TRYING TO GET RID OF NOW. THIS CAR HAS LASTED LONGER THAN 3 NEW CARS IV OWNED THAT WERE NO GOOD. Computer issues all the time & shutdowns. IV ACCEPTED & CONVINCED NEW CARS ARE NOT JUST FOR ME🤷🏽‍♂️STICK WITH OLD RELIABLE, THEY WONT FAIL YOU AS FAST😏😉MY 2003 ACURA WILL LAST ANOTHER 30years with a motor with 95,000 miles for sure🙂. FIX YOUR PAID OFF CAR HERE AT A EXCELLENT PRICE THAT WONT BREAK YOUR POCKET!

Took a recently purchased, RX330 over for them to inspect, and do an oil change. These guys are absolutely fantastic. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and seem to have a great understanding on the mechanics of used cars. I can’t recommend Martinez Garage enough! My 2001 Honda Accord had a leaking gas line, and they went above and beyond from the moment I called. They coordinated a tow truck for me, even got me a discount on the tow, and had my car repaired and back on the road way faster than I expected. As a basically broke college student, affordability matters a lot, and they were incredibly fair and affordable with the repair. The whole team was super friendly, always answered the phone, and made the whole situation way less stressful. They even offered me a comfortable place to sit and work on schoolwork while I waited, plus gave me a refreshment—seriously some of the nicest people I’ve met. If you want a trustworthy, kind, and affordable place to get your car fixed, Martinez Garage is the place. I’m genuinely grateful for their help and will absolutely be going back!
