I recently moved to Alabama, and this was the first time my car needed service since moving. Based on recommendations, I took my car to Woody Anderson Ford, and I had a very positive experience. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I got to the Quick Lane office, and the service technician and AJ in the office kept me updated throughout the process and even afterward when I had questions. I had the 50,000 mile maintenance package done on my car as well as the rear brakes replaced, and everything was completed in a timely and efficient way. I will definitely be returning to Woody Anderson for service on my car.

Simply a great experience. I contacted Woody Anderson Ford about a Mustang GT Premium Convertible with performance package that they had advertised. We negotiated the purchase price and trade via text and on the phone. I drove six hours up to Huntsville from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to complete the deal. Everything was exactly as we agreed. My salesperson Paul even drove me to the bank so I could get certified funds to pay the difference. I’m not sure I have ever had a better experience at a car dealer. I have never owned a Ford and have never liked them. We made a difficult decision to look at an F-150, mainly due to Chevrolet's decision to use a turbo charged 4 cylinder in their trucks instead of a 6 cylinder. Not only were we impressed with the F-150, but Melanie was extremely easy to work with, wasn't pushy, but really listened to our needs and helped us find the right truck. She assisted us all the way through and answered text messages after and before business hours. We would highly recommend her. The finance department was very nice and extremely friendly. I have a new opinion of Ford and the F-150 trucks. We are extremely satisfied with the 2022 F-150 Sport we purchased and with Woody Anderson.

Bottom line up front: Woody Anderson Ford is absolutely outstanding. Customer service is better than ANY dealership I've ever worked it. And their friendliness and professionalism is bar-none. I recently bought a new truck from them and they worked with me every step of the way. From looking at ones on the lot, to my selection, and then being extremely patient and accommodating in the purchasing of the truck. Dennis, my salesman, is AWESOME. And Chris at Quicklane worked perfectly hand-in-hand with Dennis to make sure all my accessories, despite some delays in getting to the dealer, were taken care of and installed perfectly. Oh My Goodness!! Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville is FANTASTIC at customer service . My salesman Jeff Parker is amazing !!! I had a great experience here on my transmission work. Joe Clapper was my service advisor and he did an excellent job coordinating my repair. He got me into a nice rental during the work. He kept me updated daily on the progress and throughly answered all questions that I had throughout the process. Bought a 2018 Explorer with 80k miles from them. Was getting the check for them on a 2020 with 120k miles that they sold without them telling me. So I went with my second choice of which was not a “certified preowned” although it was only 2yrs older and had less miles. 2wks in I notice I need to add coolant. Then again the next week. I message the salesman who then tells me nothing they will do to help me with the cost of fixing this issue. Water pump goes out and now I’m stuck paying 3500 for a water pump to be installed. There is no way they got this thing in on trade and didn’t notice that it was running low on coolant as often as I was adding it. I would give a zero star review if I could for the uncaring way they handled this. No doubt in my mind that they didn’t know this was an issue and that is a reason that a vehicle only two years older with 40k less miles didn’t have a certified preowned warranty. I advise everyone to stay clear of their used inventory. At least with a new one it will have a factory warranty. If there isn’t some way of them doing you wrong with that as well. Stay clear of them if at all possible with your vehicle needs. My experience was at the Madison store but since they are owned by the same people I wanted to warn people to stay clear of them

I brought my truck in for a loss-of-power concern, and the team diagnosed a transmission issue slipping in 4th and 6th gears. The transmission was rebuilt and the updated 10R80 hub was replaced. Thanks to my extended factory warranty, an ~$8,000 repair cost me $0. Outstanding customer service. Anthony Fields was amazing throughout the entire process.
