After several missed diagnoses I took my Camry to Toyota's service center because I was confident the maker of the vehicle could get it correct. I dropped my car off and was told it would be 64.99 for the inspection. They texted and said it was a tire noise. I asked for a second opinion by another tech and they came back with the same answer. I was charged $84.95 when I arrived to get my car. I questioned the service center manager about the difference in cost and received no response. I purchased $500 new tires, the noise is still there and I've been told it's a damaged CV joint.

They had to order my part, but once it came they called me and it only took 45 minutes. I feel like some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and more understanding, but I do consider that they are busy and they went into the mechanics business, not customer service. Its a little awkward if its your first time because youre not really sure where to go from start to finish. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Dropped our car off for an appointment for a recall and when I returned at 6pm they hadn't looked at it yet. They gave us a loaner car. Weird. Came back the next day and a free recall is now $3000+. Also we have no choice because they had already taken the entire dashboard out making inoperable. Managers avoided us, "didn't know", or "weren't here today". It was like a bad movie.

I have traded with Bill Penney for yrs they have always been great. However I went to trade in my car and they didn’t not give me a far trade and they tact on what I owed to a car that would have been in my budget and I feel it was because they thought I was stupid and dumb. I will never go back. Very disappointed in them

This is weird, I ordered a weatherstrip belt for the driver side that came apart... told that I would receive call between two and five 🕠. Never received call. Followed up the next day... advised don't show order ever placed... really Toyota, the belt was fine coming in for oil change at exit it was hanging off, really Give me back Mr. Delmon Davis...even if he doesn't care he would never do this in retaliation of a comment.
