Absolutely disappointed with them. I have purchased Nokians from them in the past with decent customer service and absolute satisfaction. But recently it feels as if they have no interest in helping out. A few months a go I had a flat and needed a replacement tire, I emailed for a quote and no response in return. Called for a quote to add studs to my tires. I admittedly purchased them online, since the last time I never received a quote. The man on the phone said "if we weren't good enough for you to buy from, then we're not good enough for you for this" I understand being salty about not purchasing them at the shop. But there is not need to be standoffish. It goes a long way to be polite, and state why you do not do that. Not simply because you are upset that you didn't make a sale. I understand that they weren't purchased from you, and I would have preferred too. Simply saddened by this local establishment.

I called this morning, needing new front tires as me and my daughters are heading on a road trip next week. I was given lots of information over the phone and was told I could come in that same day. Dropped my car off and came back an hour later and it was good to go. The staff at Maynard & Lesieur was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would most definitely recommend them for your tire needs and I'd come back for any needs I had in the future.

Fantastic service and prices. Price per tire was higher than the chain stores but it includes everything. No mount and balance or "installation package" charges. What they quote is what you pay. They ended up being almost $100 cheaper than the competition. Easy process, friendly service, and no hidden fees. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of tires.

Excellent service on the tires for competitive prices. What more can you ask?! The employees were courteous, well informed, and gave great comparisons on the tires without being condescending! This is the place you want to go when you need tires. How long do you have to wait to get your tires re torqued? 1-5 minutes...now that’s service you want!

First time buyer of a new set of Kelly all-season tires for my Honda Civic, these guys offered a great price on the tires and a quality install.. also just wanted to thank salesman Jay Sargent for being a stand up guy and helping me out when I got a screw in my tire literally 2 days later, they plugged it up for free and had me back on the road in 30mins, it was very much appreciated. Good experience all in all, thanks guys!

Excellent service. Needed a replacement run flat tire - got a quick reply that they'd have a replacement the next day and minutes later got an update that they found another supplier and could get it later that same day. Just a few hours later I was in and out within an hour with a new tire. Bob was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

The best tire place I've every been to! They'll give you the best price and not try and sell you extra then what you need. Apparently my car is a nail magnet and they've patched holes so many times (and the tire integrity has lasted) when other places tried to sell me a new tired (I'd need to buy 2 new because uneven wear if have just 1 new tire). Their building also has a nice new redone area where you walk in, apparently someone thought it was a drive through and they've had to fix it.

I simply can’t recommend this business strongly enough. My only regret is that I didn’t discover them earlier in my life. I’ve been here for new tires, repairs, and a custom order of a second set of wheels and snow/off-road tires. Each time they are professional, installs are quick and done right the first time, and they don’t try to sell you more than you need: no pressure, just the best tires for your car and your budget. They don’t take appointments, so get there early in the day for your installation and you’ll be out of there in short order. Tell your friends to go here and support this fantastic local business. They are a credit to their craft.

As a third time customer, I have to edit my review. Maynard and Lesieur crashed my vehicle into another one and two of the tires they put on my car had shipping labels still on them. Their technicians cannot be trusted to use parking brakes. They're infallibly sloppy. Things have gone downhill since I stopped by last. Update: their insurance refused to replace my bumper with OEM parts even though they’re completely at fault. Don’t bring your vehicle to these people, it’s not worth the risk of walking away with a devalued vehicle.

Called and made an appointment for a 4 wheel balance. They asked if I bought the tires there. I explained that I just moved from out of state and I’m new to the area. They accepted. I showed up and the owner asked what I was there for. I explained I had an appointment for a balance. He asked if I bought the tires there and I told him no, I was new to the area. He told me it would be a waste of his time to do the balance. I said ok, so you just wasted my time? He said whomever made the appointment ‘didn’t ask the right questions.’ So are your employees poorly trained? Avoid. Seems like one of those situations where it would run better if the owner just sat home and collected his checks and let the employees do the work.

I was in a real jam, having gotten a flat tire on Rt 3 right at Exit 1 in the northbound lane last night. AAA responded immediately and I was on my way home. This morning, I drove over to Maynard and Lesieur, fingers crossed, hoping that they might be to patch the tire. I have a DJ event today(a wedding in Rindge,NH) and really needed help. They took my car in 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open at 7am. By 7:15 am, I was on my way home with the tire having been repaired. Everyone here should know that Maynard and Lesieur went way above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for your help.
