I have had my truck since 2006 when it was new ! I have a set of keys that are not programed. Therefore I was told it would be $75+ to program my spare key and $65 + to set my alarm system pad. Need to say I was not happy.

I've used them for state inspections, oil changes, and fixing a tire puncture. Service has always been as expected, on time, and at price quoted. Recommend appointments if trying to get in there on a weekend, they get slammed.

TL;DR original customer service poor. Update: somehow they messed up a simple oil change in two separate ways Edit: was 2/5 stars, going to downgrade to 1/5. Went to change my oil after they had done it 5k miles ago. First I found that the skid plate covering my oil drain was never tightened. On the other hand, the oil filter had been tightened to the point that I had to drive a screwdriver through it to remove it. Please, go anywhere else Called ahead to ask how long it would be for just an oil change, was told there would be one car ahead of me. Ended up being over 90 minutes before car went back despite being told "it will be any minute" when I asked at the hour mark. The work was fine, but when I checked out, he told me to make an appointment next time but "it wouldn't have helped today". He was not at all apologetic that the "one car" ahead turned into a 2+ hour endeavor to get oil changed. Will not be going back and I recommend the same for anyone who can help it

Ordered a few parts made a decision to return one before it arrived once arrived i explained i wanted to return the item, guy at the desk did not communicate what so ever then just says here you go. Like thanks I'm in a single cab with a 60 mile drive home. This place really needs someone with a little more brain power. If he would have spoke to me he could have only let me pick up the one item I could properly carry.
