These guys are absolutely fantastic. They were able to see me before other shops in my area (Reno/Tahoe), they did great work, and they're great guys. They even went the extra mile when they could have told me to get bent. My rental car coverage through Geico was 30 days or $1,500, which ever was exhausted first. The job took a bit longer than anticipated due to parts and labor shortage, so the fine people at Will's Auto Body picked up the difference over my $1,500 max, which was incredibly kind. So much so that I felt absolutely compelled to write them a stellar review. They were referred to me by my brother, who has a similarly wonderful experience with them. If I ever need a repair shop for collision again, they'll be the first people I call! Thank you Will's Auto Body!!

Will and Michael are TOP NOTCH!!! My F150 was hit by a teenage driver who had a painful insurance agency to track down, but Michael was on top of them and handled getting us a quote to them and asking for the additional needed (because they didn't send enough initially!). Not only that, but Michael had so much patience with Ford and their lack of parts (we needed a whole new body panel on our truck) and he explained the process to me fully. It took his due diligence for almost a year to get that body panel! I felt like I had a person that was completely in my corner at all times, and I appreciated EVERYTHING he did for me! Not only that, but the work was impeccable. The car was fully detailed when we picked it up and we were so happy. Thank you Will's Auto Body!

I am impressed by the service I received at Will’s Auto Body, Inc! My trunk was having issues closing, the bolts on the top were cracked and it was leaning more to the right. When I brought in the car, the service was broken down for me so I knew exactly what to expect and what could possibly take place. Thankfully it wasn’t a deeper issue and was a quick fix! I didn’t have a car for only a few days. They were detailed, quick and professional! If I ever have an issue again I will be back.

If you need repair done on an expensive sports car, I would recommend Will's Auto Body! Service was excellent and the staff are the BEST in the Bay Area at what they do. My car came back to me looking immaculate as if nothing had happened, and despite having a hard to match paint color, they were able to get what looked like an exact match to me!

There were problems with how my insurance claim was submitted to State Farm. These issues caused Will's to lose a LOT of money on my job. The shop had my truck for 9 weeks while they worked everything out. Will graciously paid for my rental truck when insurance wouldn't. He made sure all the parts to be replaced were OEM. He stayed in communication with me the whole time, AND caught an error from the rental company that cost him another big chunk of money. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family because of Will honesty and integrity.

Will and his team were superb in all facets. First of all, their communication was excellent with both myself and the involved insurance company. The entire process was completely transparent and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Secondly, my car came back better than when I gave it to them. Will and his team went above and beyond just fixing the damage to the car. They also detailed the car and were able to answer questions non-related to the collision. When you go to Will's Auto Body one thing you can expect above all is to be treated and respected as a person. You'll get efficient, quality and most importantly ethical work. Absolutely the best auto body shop I’ve ever worked with. Will is incredibly detailed, he knows everything down to the last dot. He walked me through the entire process, answered every one of my (many!) questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at every step. What really stood out is how well he handles insurance. As we all know, insurance companies will try to cut corners or push back, but Will fights for you like it’s his own car. Quality and craftsmanship is what this shop delivers. My wife had a fender bender in our Audi and we took it to Will's on a recommendation from a trusted neighbor in my business complex. Will worked with our adjuster and I paid a little extra out of pocket to keep from having the insurance total the car. It is a great car that is 8 years old with low miles and still has alot of life left in her. We have had the car back for about a week now and I can't find a single issue with the quality of work. After reaching out to 3-4 different auto body shops, one of them recommended Will's Auto Body Shop. I called and Will was great. We talked about what I needed which was to fix and "pretty up" my 2013 Ford Fusion. It wasn't a big job so I was excited when Will said he was happy to do it!! We made arrangements and I dropped off my car. As promised, Will said it would be ready be the end of the week and it was as promised! It looks great and I am more than happy with the work. I would recommend using Will's Auto Body for anyone who wants a great job and on time service!
