I would highly recommend Williams Automotive. Scott is awesome. I had another place tell me I needed a handful of things done and Scott was honest about what was actually needed and what wasn’t. He also took the time to explain how/why things should be done. Today I was panicking about my car and he squeezed my car in to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. My car is older and I commute so making sure it is well taken care of is a top priority. I would trust all the good reviews, I am glad I did!

Once again, I got exceptional service from Scott Williams. Where other mechanics might go for the quick, easy (and sometimes expensively wrong) solution, Scott does the detective work necessary to get it right. I expect his knowledge and experience give him a big advantage. Best of all, he really does care about his customers. I am new to the area and was recommended to Williams Automotive by a coworker. April and Scott run the best mechanic shop I have ever been to, and I do not mean that lightly. They are quick, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about different repair options, and I have observed an impressive range of cars entrusted to their repair: from family minivans to personal vehicles to modified trucks and high-end sports cars. I’m extremely grateful that my first mechanic shop in the area became my only mechanic shop; I won’t be going anywhere else!

I needed a battery for my car, desperately! I bought the battery at Costco, but I needed it installed. I couldn't turn my car off until I found a place that could install it (I had already had it jumped 3 times in the past two days. I called all over town to get pricing and if they could do it that day. Williams, I had heard great things about them. They were able to get me right in and at a reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough!

These guys are the real deal. No nonsense with them, they tell you what is actually needed without tacking on a bunch of BS. Good hourly rate, very fair on their parts pricing and very knowledgeable. They gave me two quotes for the water pump replacement I needed, one quote with the cheaper parts and the other quote with the good parts. Quick turn around time. 10/10 would recommend for engine work.

Used to go to the actual car dealership for service, but so glad to have found William's! I have a 2013 honda accord, and they've always done solid work. Prices are very reasonable. Scheduling is pretty easy - I usually call 1-2 weeks prior to whatever I need done. Staff is friendly, but what I appreciate most is that they don't try and push other services onto you (like how it felt at the dealerships). From my few experiences here, they've completed the services I booked for, and would only recommend something if they felt like it was needed in the future. I appreciate their professionalism and their honesty and will definitely continue to bring my cars here. Only thing to note is there is not really a waiting area here - they have some old chairs to sit in, but not much else. I've waited here before for a simple oil change, but for anything longer, I'd plan to have another ride come to get you, or uber.

This is a fabulous shop!! Please go here. I took my car somewhere else and they wanted to charge almost $4000 for maintenance and parts replacement. Williams looked at my car for free and informed me that this level of wear is common for cars at my mileage. They checked to make sure the part is functioning safely. All with the utmost kindness and service. I will always take my cars here now that I’ve found it. If you’re looking for a place that isn’t trying to rip you off and wants to do honest work to help you take care of your car this is it! Will never go anywhere else. Second visit was fabulous. They seek to be honest and fix what you need. Just took my car for 150,000 mile maintenance and was very pleased. They did a lot of work for a very fair price and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Thanks!!

After the dealer quoted us thousands of dollars for new brakes and a few other things, we took it to Williams Automotive for a 2nd opinion. Scott test drove our minivan and did a thorough inspection. He told us the brakes were fine (8mm on the front pads, 5mm on the rears). He said we needed to change out the motor mounts at some point, and told us exactly what that would cost. He checked the fluids and all the other standard stuff, and gave us a detailed report on the status of everything. For today, we are just paying him for the inspection, but Williams Automotive will be our mechanic from this day on!
