Ventura Collision Center is the best auto paint shop in ventura. They are very professional, trained and very helpful. I went there last month. They got the job done but were extremely condescending and rude to my wife when they interacted with her. They also misled her when she asked when our car would be finished. They ended up getting the car done when we needed it by and seemed to have done a good job but we did not feel like we mattered at all to them and made it a very unpleasant experience.

He even gave me a heads up on more time needed for additional repairs. He treats customers as neighbors, and he has my respect. After I got my car back it looked brand new. When the insurance company of the person who hit our car sent us to Ventura Collision Center, I was worried that not only would they not do a good job, but that I'd get taken advantage of. Let me tell you that my worries were unwarranted. Not only did they do a phenomenal job of making our car look even better than new, let me tell you that their communication and updates were so appreciated. When I dropped off my car, each employee came up and shook my hand and introduced themselves. Where do you experience this these days?! They truly cared. When the car was ready, they wanted to do another check and found another issue. They took care of it. Finally, even though they were only a day late, they dropped the car at my home.
