I am very happy with Williams Automotive. I bought a car and two months later the car kept dying and would not start without a jump. I brought it to the Herb Chambers Ford dealership in Braintree, with thoughts that they would be the best suited to fix it. They simply replaced the battery, which didn't fix the issues. And then promptly called us and told us they didn't want to service the car any further. The exact quote was " we want nothing to do with that car". Needless to say I was wrought with anxiety & dread that the car I had only just purchased was a curse. I was referred to a Mr.Wires by a neighbor, and when called was connected with Williams Automotive, being that they were now the owners of Mr.Wires. Without going too much further (because this post is getting a bit long), although the issue was a fairly easy fix, diagnosing it was not. Parasitic draws sometimes can be quite insidious, and this one was. But Williams Automotive wouldn't give up, they were determined to figure out this problem. The knew we were caught between a rock & a hard place with just having gotten the car. They really came through for us, and they were extremely thoughtful & considerate human beings. They took the time to explain everything they did, and did what they could with helping with costs. I would recommend them to anyone for any issue they were having. You'd be hard pressed to find better technicians or better people.

I have been here many times for various services ranging from oil changes, to a wheel bearing replacement, to new tires. Every time, I've been treated well and kept in the loop about everything. I can’t say enough about the way I was treated by Jessica and Jeff . I’m a first time customer , Williams Auto Electric fixed all the electrical problems in one day after I had to tow my car away from 2 garages that after 2 mos. Couldn’t figure out how to fix my car . Jeff figured out, what a team of people at Copeland Chevy, in Brockton could not, and he walked me through every step that he had done so far, and what he was going to do. My car had a slow battery drain my regular and my local mechanic couldn't find it. He usually can do anything. He suggested Mr. Wire in Quincy. I found Williams Automotive owns the business now. If they couldn't find it I'd have to scrap the car. Talked with Jessica to set up the appointment (who was very nice). Drop the car off with Jeff (the owner, great guy too). He was able to fix the issue and the car is running better than ever! Real nice people and a very fair price as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I received a inspection rejection sticker because of a couple of things issues with my (headlight was hazy and emergency brake was not functioning properly). I had read positive reviews about Williams Automotive, so I decided to bring the car to them for repair. I explained the issues to Jessica and she said they would try to clean the headlight (to hopefully save $$) and figure out the issue with the emergency brake. After assessing everything they determined I would need a new headlight after all, and new cable for the emergency brake. I appreciate how Jessica kept me informed on everything with frequent updates via text. Not only did they make the repairs for a reasonable amount they made sure my car was re-inspected after the repairs and received a “passing” sticker, so all I had to do was pick up the car afterwards. I appreciated the positive customer service atmosphere and the organized process. Thanks!

I am very happy that I found Williams Automotive. I needed a replacement for the timings belt on my 2003 Honda Accord. I also needed new headlight covers the originals were very dull. I Had them buffed a few times over the years but Williams Automotive offered a reasonable deal. They also discovered a leak with my power steering. They did a total inspection of my car. I was very happy to know that they were concern I had a safe car. I would recommend to all. The staff are very friendly and the owners are awesome. I would recommend Williams Automotive I believe you will be impressed with their service I was. Thank you so much Williams Automotive for caring.

If you have a car problem, I highly recommend consulting with this shop. They're definitely very experienced and I would feel comfortable taking any of my ICE cars back for whatever reasons. I had a problem of my own making (tried to swap out the part myself; ended up breaking a bolt in a very difficult spot). Most shops around the area weren't willing to tackle it, but this team was. It wasn't a perfect experience (I wish there was more communication), but it was pretty painless all things considered. Price was fine ~ it wasn't astronomical; it wasn't cheap. Overall, definitely recommended.

Williams Automotive is the best. I was referred here a few years ago for my GMC Terrain by another good mechanic. They had everything needed to diagnose and fix my truck anytime there was an issue. Prices were reasonable and they always gave us some kind of discount. When my truck was getting worked on, I go to them because I know regardless of the issue, the turnaround would be quick. Hopefully, I won't have to be back for awhile.

These guys are great. My first time with them, they did a clutch replacement. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Finished the job in the time promised, keeping me informed along the way. They saved me money by informing me the flywheel did not need to be replaced, even though I requested this to be included in the original pricing. They showed me the worn disk when I came in to pick up, even though I did not request this. Clutching is now excellent. They don’t suffer from tunnel vision either: they noticed a separate minor issue while they were at it and fixed it. I plan to return to them for future service. Definitely worth giving them a try.
