We had to have our jeep towed here because the shifter linkage broke inside the transfer case, they fixed it and found a leak in the radiator. The repair was quick and well priced. We then took it back for an evaporative leak, the hose from the charcoal filter was broke at the gas tank, instead of going straight to needing a new gas tank, they repaired the hose fitting at less than quarter of the cost of a new tank. I would highly recommend this shop for it's friendly front desk staff, knowledgeable and efficient mechanics and the fact that they don't try to upsell on parts or repair work that is unnecessary.

I hope people pay attention to this review! It is a great thing this place is right off of Interstate 81, because if anybody breaks down or needs service this is the place to go! Very responsible, professional, and kind auto shop. Go here if you want mechanics with knowledge and you do not want to get ripped off. I had my wife's tire replaced here in the service was top-notch. I'm telling you people that are looking for a good mechanic this is the place to find yourself arriving at!

I had an issue with my exhaust and thought it could be a costly repair. Some places might have led me to believe I had to replace the entire exhaust system. However, I received a professional and honest diagnosis from the team and it wasn't nearly as costly as I thought it would be. They were able to repair the issue without having to replace the whole system. I will certainly be returning with any future car repairs.

July 2024 I bought new brakes and rotors to be put on my 2018 Toyota Highlander the very next morning I left for vacation to the Outer Banks with my wife and 4 kids. I get to Fredericksburg Virginia On the interstate when all of a sudden my car Immediately started pulling extremely hard to the right hand side with bad grinding noise on the passenger front tire I was lucky enough to get off to the side of the road. Come to find out after Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg investigated the bolt backed out of my brake caliper it fell into my wheel well as you can see in the pictures. We had to wait alongside the interstate for 4 1/2 hours for a tow truck. Reached out to Rick the owner He kept dodging me wasn’t willing to cooperate and all I wanted was for him to just pay for the damages and the money I had to put out for rental I wouldn’t trust taking any vehicle getting work done from this place because if something does go wrong your on your own and they will not reach out to you to try to help fix the problem. They did make it seem like they were going to help pay for damages but they just never got back to me and kept dodging all emails and phone calls. Please be aware of the work that’s done to your vehicle. And as for him commenting on my wife’s comment below I have all email verifications to back all of this up from Younger Toyota because they had the rim and I wasn’t driving four hours to go grab a rim to bring back to them. The service manager even told Rick that the rim was severely damaged and needed replaced and held the rim all the way until now they still have it So if he wants the rim he can have it mailed to his shop. As you Stated below you need the rim and the rim is all the way in Fredericksburg Virginia the service manager was willing to send you video and pictures. Like I mentioned if you wanted the rim you could’ve had it shipped to you and I sent that to you in an email and you would never call me back ever so with you saying you’re not trying to dodge me as a bold face lie I have the actual receipts to prove that emails and conversation. And what about all the other charges you could’ve paid for those but you didn’t. You didn’t make things right you will not get back to us and we’ve called multiple times I asked for Rick every time but you’re always busy or never there.

When it comes to auto repair, there are a lot of choices out there, but it's rare to find one as honest and reliable as Williamsport Auto Care. This place is truly a breath of fresh air! I took my son's car in after hearing a strange noise whenever the A/C was on. He had a hunch it might be something stuck in the fan, and since Williamsport Auto Care is close to home, I decided to take his car there to get it checked out. The front desk staff promptly checked me in. They were incredibly friendly and professional, and even though they were very busy, they welcomed me to wait in their office. Their mechanic quickly found the culprit: a rodent's nest stuck in the A/C fan. This is no joke! He showed me proof, and I was able to watch from the waiting area as he thoroughly cleaned it out. He then tested the system to ensure the problem was completely fixed. I was amazed by the honesty and value of their service. This wasn't just a simple repair; it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The entire team made me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend Williamsport Auto Care to anyone looking for service you can trust.

My sincere thanks and respect to Williamsport Auto Care! They got me out of a difficult situation and saved my family holiday. I was traveling from Virginia to Pennsylvania two days before Thanksgiving. It is normally a four-hour trip. After about 1.5 hours of driving, a flashing red light appeared along with a message that the engine cooling system was overheating. This was confirmed when I looked at my engine temperature gauge, although there was no steam or other visible indication of overheating. I immediately pulled over and called a tow truck. I had no idea where I was or where to go for service. Instead of bad luck, I feel like it was my lucky day that I was towed to Williamsport Auto Care. They had a full load of vehicles for service that day, but they were able to accommodate my urgent situation. I didn’t want to be stranded over Thanksgiving. Destiny was very nice and got me checked in. Rick (the owner) asked lots of questions since I had a long-standing check engine light illuminated. He kept me updated on the diagnostics and testing being performed by their mechanics. After a thermostat replacement, I was back on the road. I can’t say enough nice things about their staff and facility. Truly outstanding!

We scheduled an appointment to repair our brake pads and rotors before vacation. During the trip, we noticed a shaking on the right side of the vehicle. We contacted the repair shop, and they assured us we would be fine until we returned. However, on the way back, a component failed, leaving us stranded on the highway for hours in 100-degree weather with 4 children. It was a Sunday, so finding a rental car for our family was challenging, and our vehicle had to be towed. We were all in distress as we had young children with us and hours away from home. After taking the car to a Toyota dealership, we learned that a bolt had backed out of the brake caliper, causing it to detach and damage the rim. This has led to significant repair costs and emotional distress. Despite reaching out to the shop owner for a resolution, we've received no response. The lack of accountability raises concerns about the ethics of this establishment. We feel compelled to share our experience and warn others against using this repair shop. If we don't receive a satisfactory resolution, we may consider legal action. It's vital to choose a trustworthy mechanic for your vehicle's needs. These people have been really rude anytime we have tried to find a resolution and I have refrained from posting a bad review for a year now giving them a chance to make it right.
