I called from around the corner on Main Street for a quick look at something and the guy who answered the phone must have seen me pull in because he came out to meet me and helped me with an answer after a quick peek and I was off in 2 minutes. So thoughtful of him to do that and have the answer. And I was able to correct my problem! Thanks!!

I would strongly advise avoiding this dealership's service department for any services. My experiences with this dealership have been consistently negative. The service department appears indifferent to customer service, lacking proactivity and failing to provide updates. Additionally, they might question your honesty and fail to uphold their promises. Please read Logan Widauf review, he explain the situation with all the details.

Lynette and her team worked me in to their busy post-Thanksgiving schedule, even with a skeleton crew of available staff. Their professional care got me back on the road and back to work. Grateful for their quality and professional work.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. No customer service, unorganized, no transparency, called us liars, did not live up to their word: I purchased a new vehicle back in December in SLC and had it serviced here for some open recalls that it had. Took it in January, and they fixed one recall on the spot. For the second recall they said they had to order a piece and that they would call me to schedule time upon arrival. Three months pass by and I hear nothing from them. So in April my car had another problem, a transmission line leak. Took it in for warranty work since it was a known issue and there was a TSB for it. When I took it in I asked for an update on the recall and they said they had the part sitting there and no one bothered to call me to schedule time. Now for the transmission work, I handed it over to them and they said the turn around time should be pretty quick since it was a relatively easy fix. They said the long part would be just waiting for the parts to come in, the fix would only take 1 day of work. They even offered a rental car but I declined because I was under the impression that it would be a quick fix. After waiting a week and a half they finally received the parts and said they were ready to work on the car. I give them the car, few days pass and I call at the end of the week for an update, they tell me they haven't even started yet. He told me check back on Monday and they should be done. I call Monday and he informs me that they forgot to order a special tool that was clearly listed on the TSB. So they order the missing part and receive it in a few days. They call me back again, took my car in and finally got the issue addressed after a 2 week+ ordeal. I voiced my frustrations with the lack of transparency and them wasting my time for an error on their end, so they offered me a free oil change for my troubles. Keep in mind the person I was working with was Braden Earl. Braden offered me a free oil change but claimed that he could not put it in the system and there was no need to document it because he would just schedule it. So he schedule the oil change but I canceled because I did not need it at the time. Braden said that was no issue and to just call him back when I needed the oil change. So now here we are in August. I call back for my free oil change and Braden claims he has no recollection of offering me a free oil change even though he saw in the system that one was scheduled. I then spoke with the service manager and he goes back through the records and say there was no documentation of this ever happening, but Braden said that was not necessary since he had it taken care of. The service manager then goes on to speak to us in a rude manner and essentially call us liars even saying "It's your word against my employee's". The manager also said he was not sure why we were complaining because we did not pay anything out of pocket even though it was a warranty issue. I would imagine they still get paid even if it's warranty work. Regardless that was besides the point, of them not living up to their words. He ultimately denied that they ever offered us a free oil change and essentially told us we were lying. In summary, Wilson Ford lacks customer service in every regard. They are not proactive and will not give you updates. They will call you a liar and not live up to their word. They lack attention to detail and are a hassle to work with.

We went here to service two of our vehicles and I don’t think we will go anywhere else. They are in the business to serve! And the fact that they were willing to come pick up my car was a real game changer (I didn’t need to move a single car seat)! 😄 We will be going here from now on.

Reggie got me in two days sooner than he told me they could, so these guys under promise and over deliver. I've had a Ford Focus for 9 years and the transmission for these cars have been been part of a class action lawsuit. I had the transmission replaced at the Ford dealership in Tremonton, and there's a reason why I didn't go back to them. I had clear communication with Reggie and I feel like he was honest with me. They really just wanted to get my car up and going again, and I appreciate such an honest business.

TL,DR: AC was out on my truck, Wilson charged me more than 5x what I eventually paid to have it fixed elsewhere. Wilson team didn't actually fix anything and failed to warrantee most of their work and failures. Paid Wilson >$2000 for functionally nothing. Went to a competitor, which competitor charged me ~$450, actually fixed it, and warrantied the work for 12 months. Longform: I had purchased a used Ford truck out of state, which was in great condition, but had a non-functioning AC. The price was so good, even if I needed to replace the whole AC system, it would have been worth it. I took my truck to Wilson Service center, and they "tested" it for leaks, apparently found none, and vacuumed/recharged my system for ~$400 bucks. (Eventually, at an alternative service center, this was completed for <$150!!). My AC worked, but it was still late winter, so I didn't use it much for a month or so. Come the first day of warmth in the spring, and after about 1 hour, my AC was no longer working. I could smell the refrigerant burning on my engine. I called them up and told them as much, and rescheduled a test/fix. They claimed to have performed 2 additional tests, apparently finding close to no leaks, so they decided to swap out a hose and some clamps. ~$1500 bucks later (including non-warrantied refrigerate refill ~$400 bucks again!!!), and I drove home the ~6 miles from the service center with the AC running. By the time I got home about 15 minutes later, I could smell the leaking refrigerant burning on my engine. Needless to say, I was livid. I called them up, and rescheduled (definitely a fool me twice, shame on me situation to trust them any further). They "tested" the system again and eventually said they couldn't find any leaks and that the only guaranteed fix would be a whole rebuild - quoted at ~$5000. They "generously" offered to knock ~$1000 off, bringing the quote down to $4000, so that had I gone with them as a service center any further, I would have shelled out ~$6000. I talked with the service manager, who was somewhat flippant and more or less said - "Bummer that we charged you but didn't fix it. We will charge you more to fix it, but we can't guarantee it." Later in the story, a competitor quoted a whole AC rebuild at ~$3500, less that the discount price of Wilson. I finally learned my lesson, and went elsewhere - a hometown expert in AC (didn't tell them about my history, except I had tried to get it fixed elsewhere). In less then a day, the AC-experts a the Wilson Service competitor diagnosed a leak in one of the compressor seals. When they opened up the system, they saw that there was no dye in the system, a possible indication that no previous dye-testing had been run. Additionally, they indicated there was evidence that the hoses had been removed and reinstalled with grit and dirt left in place. All this deepened my regret at using Wilson Service. Ultimately, the other place charged me ~$450 for all the parts, labor, and recharge - All under warranty for 12 months, 12k miles (including refrigerant - something Wilson refused). Compare that to the ~$400 that Wilson charged my just for the recharge that was non-warrantied and left my truck broken. I am now enjoying the cool AC of my truck, there is not burning refrigerant smell, and I am loving my cool life, when I am not kicking myself for spending so much money at Wilson.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to let people know about the positive experience I had at this service center, and specifically Lynette. When Lynette found out that I just moved to town and had driven my car from northern Canada, she went above and beyond to be kind and welcoming - as well as ensuring that extra care was taken with my vehicle. I am very grateful for her kindness and service - and as long as I live in Logan I will be taking my car to Lynette and Wilson Ford!

Reggie and Tom took great care of my car, and got the part ordered and the service done quickly. When I left the service center after the repairs, one issue seemed to be unresolved. I called and they immediately had me come back in and made sure all was well. They are attentive, quick and thorough. They also found that the problem was something less expensive when they could have tried to charge me for a bigger issue. I really appreciate all they did for me!

Wilson motor has taken good care of me. They’ve been fair on pricing, and have always been pretty quick to get things done. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your Ford.

I’ll be honest that I like their service department for the most part. They are friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any major issues. But, after my visit today I’m a little frustrated. First, they added a $20.08 “shop supplies” fee at the end of the bill. They break out parts and labor for all the work that’s done, to include the oil disposal fee, then tack on an additional $20 at the end of the bill along with tax. I call them up after I get home to ask about the shop supplies and I’m told that it covers rags, brake cleaner, software, basically anything they use in the shop and everyone gets charged it. So…why are these general overhead costs not rolled into your prices like every other place with common sense? If you used supplies specific to my vehicle, include it under parts for that job. Don’t tack on this ridiculous $20.08 at the end with zero explanation and use it as an excuse to charge every customer more money. Second, I’ve had my truck aligned there twice now. Both times they did not supply the before printout to prove the truck needed it. They always print out the after to show you everything is green, but never the before so you feel like you paid for work that was needed and don’t have to just take their word for it. Also, on the final alignment printout two of the readings are on the very, very edge and only 0.01deg away from being red. If you’re going to align the vehicle, does it kill you to do a good job and put the numbers in the middle or close to it? Overall, good folks, but I might be done taking my truck there unless it’s a major job I need done. I can change my own oil and there are other places for alignments.
