My car was hit and it was Towed here and i must say i will never ever use this Shop again Very unprofessional wont return calls my Windshield was cracked by them and they tried to give it to me cracked down the middle the paint is peeling. Horrible Its been over a month

I would give 0 stars if I could! PLEASE Do not waste your time with this “business” they charged $700 for half a day of holding my car and they stole my sneakers out of my trunk!!! They are so slimy and just seem like a group of EXTREMELY aggressive and almost predatory men!!

They took 2 months to fix my car which had minor damages.. also when I finally picked up my car which was on July 11,2022 .my radio nd screen was missing, nd they had to fix my bumper, nd put in my side mirror!!! So now I'm waiting on my new my new radio, nd my light cover.. also which they never fixed

My car has been at this shop for over a month. I had to retract my first review after i received my car there where some issues.I spoke with the manager and i must admit that he and his receptionist went above and beyond to try and correct the issue. I was very upset with the way progress was going.I can honestly say they did step up to plate and for that i can give them a b rating.There room for improvement but with a little structure this can really be a place to take yur car to get it fixed

I’ve had a great experience with Windrim Auto body. I’ve done business with them in the past and they’re very professional and persistent. Gets the job done. I highly recommend them! It’s Liberty Mutual that sucks!!! Rick makes it happen! 💯💯💯

Make sure you leave nothing in your car if you decide to use this body shop. Half the car supplies I had in my trunk were taken including a polisher and air compressor. I would recommend using any other place unless you want your things to be stolen. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

They are price gouging. $835 for 1 day storage and towing for less than 8 miles. These guys are ripping off insurances and normal citizens more than the PPA. I’m not worried. I will file a complaint and have them investigated, so at least their towing business is shut down. Good luck finding more work in other places.

Good honest people, very professional, did an extremely good job on my Audi A5. I can’t even tell where it got hit. Got my car back a week faster then expected and they even did some touch up paint work that they didn’t have to! Extremely satisfied with their work and I would definitely bring my car back if I had to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Don’t let these reviews fool you this place is horrible. they don’t actually work in cars here they just scam your insurance adjuster i was there when they open 9am but they didn’t actually open til 945 then the lady couldn’t even give me a price to get my car out the lot she had to wait for the manager to get back to her but in the meantime she keep asking me was i using insurance i told her no im paying cash then she was like well i have to wait to get you a cash price… waited waited til about 1:15pm (they close at 2) she finally gave me a number of 600$ dollars which is crazy. Noted the most crazy part is my car was hit in front of my house and i got a tow truck driver to take my car to a body shop but he took it to a tow yard which made no sense to me. they have two address one is 1499 windrim ave and the other 1399 windrim ave both are the same place and no matter what the shop is called it the same people running it. in the meantime i going to go to small claim court for both the shop and tow truck driver

This was the worst autobody shop I've ever dealt with. For starters, someone stole about $60 in change out of my car while it was there. Second, the ownership and management is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I really had to practice spiritual principles to keep from loosen it while dealing with those folks. Third, the quality of work was below subpar. Lastly, the amount of time it took to complete a simple job. It should've only taken a week, but it took them about a month. I'm a strong supporter of black businesses, but I would never go there again or recommend anyone else do business with that place.

I’ve was in accident on Christmas Eve and I got a tow truck to take my car here. If you ever get into a accident on the street go through you’re insurance company not through no tow truck drive and don’t listen to no tow truck drivers that’s come to the scene of the accident either they scam insurance company for all this money to get paid for holding you’re car for days, weeks and months their prices is bogus a 500 entry fee to put you’re car in the lot but leave the cars on the city street and one car got stolen during the middle of that week then they start putting cars in the yard using a forklift. The yard is horrible nothing but totaled cars and parts On the ground and they will mess you’re car up using the forklift they don’t answer the phone if they do they put you on hold and hang up after only one person at the desk and one person working on cars and manager comes in when he feels like it I advise everyone from know going into the future do not take you’re car here they’ll hold you’re car with out you’re consent that’s how they make they money hold you car, scam the insurance company and take parts inside and out go through you’re belongs while you’re car is in the yard further more it be on the city street. P.S Major Crimes will be called at this bodyshop and along with the yard (CarsRus) they both connected don’t let them tell you it ain’t. If you ever get into an accident and you need a tow knowing them tow truck drivers ain’t supposed at the scene of the accidents don't let them take you’re car where they wanted to go, take it where You wanted to go not them.

RUN AWAY, Warning😩Horrible service… They had my car TWO MONTHS promised that they worked on my vehicle after a collision. THEY’RE NOT TO BE TRUSTED…. They scavaged my car. When through it and didn’t repair the damages under the hood that were due to the auto incident. CLOSE DOWN this horrifying place. They’re lie about the timeframe to repair your vehicle. They never call you back. No customer service skills at all. Unorganized, receptionist has no vehicle skills is a high school graduate probably her uncle or brothers business. Has no clue about vehicles not qualified to answer anything. Used as a buffer to defray customers from getting detailed information about their vehicles. This poor excuse for an auto body shop shouldn’t be allowed to take a stray dog in they would probably strip him of his skin.

I absolutely love The Tag Doctor!!! I originally took my car to the Tag Doctor for just that tags, registration and title. I received prompt, friendly, and professional service from the receptionist, management and the mechanics. I was so pleased with the service I received I decided I would allow them to do all the preventive maintenance for my car going forward! They also fixed my starter and e-brake cable at a reasonable price! Many thanks to the Tag Doctor team!

i would give this place no stars if i could. the shop is holding my car without my consent. after my accident it was taken here, i tried to get it out and the receptionist was extremely nasty to me. i filled out a release form for them to release my car to my insurance company and they have been holding my car for two days now. they are not giving my insurance company the fees to get my car out. THEY ARE PURPOSELY HOLDING MY CAR TO GET MORE MONEY ON FEES. the receptionist was extremely rude and nasty with me. very unprofessional. i am 8 months pregnant and OWN my vehicle. she should not be working there at all if she is going to talk to customers that way. I also believe they stole and ravished my car. When i looked in it at the lot the glove compartment was completely in tact and nothing was out of place in the front seat. My GPS holder was also on the floor and all chargers still connected i saw everything in my car on the lot. When my car was finally towed to my place the entire glove compartment had been emptied and they went through all my personal papers . They also emptied my center console completely and stole my GPS holder and charger. Nothing of value was in my car but to know they went through my personal belongings and vandalized my car is very disturbing . The fact that they would do that to someone who is pregnant and was in a car accident that put her in the hospital, and then to do more damage by trashing her car is very disheartening. I hope they lose business and close permanently.

On 1/26/25 CarsRus showed up to my accident scene. Took my car. Day three of having my car, the bill was over 3,000. They are scumbag insurance scammers. These scammers took my license plate off, release my vehicle without it and I cannot recover my license plate. The girl in the office is just bad as the owner who is never present when you need questions answered. When I was arguing about my bill she told me I'm not the one paying for it so I shouldn't be upset. She went on to tell me my insurance company should call to negotiate the price. I had to curse the hell out of her. I'm making sure to keep posting about them.

This is a total fraud and a scam. Our car was into a car accident and of course their towing was already there. I told the driver that i don t want to get my car towed with them and explain to him that i know how they charge, he says no we not like that. They towed the car at 9.30 am I call them to get the bill immediately so i can go and get the vehicle. The lady on the phone told me that she would call me when the bill is ready. She call me at 1pm to tell me that it was $1000 flat for towing and storage for 4 hours and they close at 2 pm. I report them already to the insurance company and they will open an investigation if OfCourse they not already under investigation. Thoses garage are scams, and they eventually move to others places of change names. I will reported them to Philadelphia licenses since they really robbing people. Please stay away from their towing and garage.

I didn’t use this place by choice but one of there drunking employee hit me with there folk lift on April 29th. I don’t understand how they let him drive a folklift on the streets towing cars with NO PAPERWORK NOR LICENSE, but he drive a whole vehicle. I wouldn’t give this company no stars because they are VERY HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve tried working with these people and I had enough. The owner is disrespectful & so is the Receptionist. They told me 48hrs would be my ETA and that lead up to almost two weeks now. Everyday it’s always something and they wanna keep saying the next day it will be ready. I had enough with these people and they need to be shut the hell down. They’re definitely fraudulent and will be calling the cops today if they don’t have my vehicle ready and finish. The owner nor receptionist don’t even get on the phone to call and let people know the status or what’s going on with there vehicle (unprofessional) I’ve been calling them all this time and they get mad because I need my car. My car been dropped off since May 2nd and it’s May 18th. Idk know how this shop never have the supplies or equipment when they’re a reapair shop. THIS PLACE SHOULD be CLOSE for several reasons. I wouldn’t even tell people about this shop at all because of the stuff they’re doing. The worst shop I ever seen and they’re probably doing illegal stuff in there just by the conversation I was having with them when there guy hit my car.
