Went to this place after reading reviews claiming they offer walk-in emissions testing and prompt service. Got there and saw a big sign on the door that says NO EMISSIONS. *shrug* Look elsewhere. **Edit** Review upgraded to 5 stars for the classy response received.

3rd time I have been to have my car serviced and Steve and Dave took care of everything. Went in for shocks today and they ran down a list of everything else that was wrong and took the time to explain it all. Dave even came out to get me half way through the job and showed me another issue with the rear shocks. I applaud Dave for the time he took to make sure everything was done right and so my family is safe. Steve even answered my questions about future maintenance and helped make me in making my decision on them and the timing of them. Always have had tremendous service here. I highly recommend them.

The manager Steve was Great, and very helpful! My father is disabled and drives a Van. It is often hard to find a place that can fix things fast and trust that they will be honest. They were able to fix everything that needed work, and not what didn't need fixing. They also let me see everything with my own eyes. Thanks again to the mechanics, and Management.

Exhaust got loud so took in the car to have a look. Had to drop off the car and wait 4hrs for them to provide an estimate. Got a call with the quote and couldn't believe the price. Apparently the flex pipe, all the flanges, the resonator and the muffler were all bad. The cost of the resonator and muffler were reasonable but they quoted an additional $440 for flange repair. I was told they were very bad and needed lots of work. I'm no mechanic, but $786 (after a $80 discount and $40 in misc "fees") seemed a little unreasonable. I also couldn't understand how everything could be bad, I don't know how you could diagnose the muffler if everything upstream is leaking? I told them thanks but no thanks and left, realized when I got home they broke the door lock stem piece, didn't even bother calling to complain. I took the car to another exhaust place and after 15min had a quote in hand for $240, bad resonator and flex pipe. Had the repairs for a week now and am glad I got a second opinion. I almost said go ahead mainly because I had the day off and just wanted to get the car done, but I am happy with my decision. I will never go back to any of these locations again, I recommend you get a second opinion if your considering this place!

I had a ton of work done. Shocks, struts, arm control and ball joints etc. The service was amazing! T The professiolism is great and I just love how they took care of me and my Denali. The price is unbeatable. There's no greater joy I feel right now knowing my vehicle is in safe drive mode again. Thank you to all the staff!!! Y'all are awesome!

DO NOT GO THERE. Will rip you off real quick. Went there for a simple alignment for my car and they tried to charge me 150$ extra stating it was because I was missing 2/3 bolts from my ball joint. Little did they know that all that was just replaced new from another shop. Got there to pick up the car, checked the bolts, which were all still there, took it to a local mechanic and paid 80$ and only took 15 min.

Great place! Everyone there is very nice and I don’t know a lot about cars but they took the time to explain what needed to be done. They are VERY reasonably priced and got my car finished in a small amount of time. They also seem very experienced. Definitely my go-to now for all my car repairs and oil changes!

I was referred here by Volkswagen and they did me a huge favor. Wi. Tire and Muffler has been reliable, honest, and fairly priced. I have been here 3 times for my project/beater car and they treat me well and get me on the road every time. I'll keep coming back and referring anyone else.

Great service and fast. I called and went in for them to check out my muffler basically 2 hours before they closed. They were able to find an issue that a previous shop made and got a muffler for my car and put it on before closing. My family has been coming here for all muffler related needs. Definitely would recommend!

It started off good; it was recommended by an associate I know, but a potential disaster for me! Though I had two of my cars services becuz of time & convenience. I wouldn't consider not recommended! A former mechanic myself with somewhat of an experience; I told them over the phone & in person what I want & needed without sharing what I know. The job itself was pretty good; it's just the laziness & lack of initiative for me! He didn't check for other issues that maybe in need of service; which is a win win situation for & more money & clientele for you! He just did half what was told to do! Didn't put oil back in my car which was in need & it still ran hot & leaked. And they definitely don't like you buying your own parts After talking with someone, I can honestly say that I respect them reaching out & doing me a solid. Thank you for showing customers that you care & fixing the problem at hand as of 11/29/21

Stood around for someone to talk to for service at least 20 min..... was rudely ignored ..... soon as 2 company vans pulled up the customer service was so different.... right away someone came to tell them ; someone will be with you right away..... waited for about 5 more mins someone came out to speak to them i was totally ignored... just rude all the way around..... I basically had to speak up to say I was there first, which they knew.....only asked question because I stood there so long ..they basically lost a customer due to their action.... they lost a customer for being rude... and as I sat outside the same people who they rushed to.... drove away.... never visit this place ... being a customer doesn't really mean you get treated the same..... bad customer service in my book means bad work!!!!!

I have had my scion worked on here. I had a part of my back bumper that got damaged. I didn't at first realize when I took it off the lot. I brought it back to them to take a look at the cameras. They took care of me. Everything is being fixed and taken care of. They also gave me a good price on the new muffler they just installed. Lifetime warranty with labor costs 👍👍

I’ve been coming here for several years and Gemayel has been servicing my vehicle every time. He takes good care of my vehicle and treats it like it’s his own. I never feel overcharged or taken advantage of because I am a female. He is thorough and explains everything he does with pictures. He answers my stupid questions too. He makes sure I understand what is an immediate need and what can be put off for awhile. Very professional! He also takes care of my mom and daughter’s vehicle and they receive the same treatment. Very knowledgeable.

its Completely unprofessional.. i have some strong words .. but the manager is clueless.. the guy Gee that answers the phone lately is either lazy or clueless.. and they wont fix your vehicle properly!! its a DEI operation i think.. because if you work at an auto repair shop... how do you not know what you're doing... worse place in the city!!

I thought this was a good place to get my car fixed. But it's not. I went in to have a alternator replaced. And I ended up with more problems than when I first went in there. They cracked my radiator they broke my fan and they broke my fender on my car. And roger the manager, he's nothing but a liar. Do not take your vehicle to this place.

New ownership has been good about pricing and getting in for oil changes are never an issue. However, I needed to bring a tire in for a slow leak and patch job, and twice the tire failed to hold pressure. That’s a lot of back and forth and taking the tire on and off, for something that should have been repaired the first time. I’ll continue to utilize them for oil changes but am contemplating finding a new mechanic for other types of repairs. New staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Maybe tires are trickier than I think they are.

GET A SECOND OPINION OR AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I called on Tue, Feb 25th, to inquire about the price of a vehicle inspection. The manager on the phone asked what was wrong with my vehicle. I told him it's leaking coolant fluid. I was told there was no charge for the inspection. I took my car in on Wed, Feb 26th, for an inspection. The manager called a couple of hours later and told me the radiator is cracked. He gave me an estimate to get it fixed (the estimate was outrageous, and that is when I should have picked up my car). I okayed the job. Thurs, Feb 27th, I picked up my car around 3:30. I took it for a test drive. Driving on the street I could feel the difference right away. It was struggling to accelerate and felt like something was stuck. I took it on the highway and it picked up speed just a little, but it felt like it wanted to quit. I exited the highway and went straight back to the shop. The manager said that it was my brakes. I told him I had my brakes done in July. He insisted that my emergency brake was on. He came out and checked it, and it was not. I told him I would get my brakes looked at (he gave me the district manager's name and number). I put my car in reverse to back out and it was hard. I put it in drive to turn the wheel, and the car was harder to turn. I put it back in park and as soon as I got out, the coolant fluid was draining out. The manager, Roger, just kept saying it was the brakes!! Upon his inspection, right there in my face, I could personally see he said that it was the radiator hose. He went inside and called the district manager Anton. I also called the DM and he said that everything would be fixed. Fri, Feb 28th, I talked with the DM in the morning. He said he would personally make sure it was fixed and that he would test drive my car. I was trying to negotiate a fair compensation for the inconvenience of what happened. I asked for a 30% refund for the inconvenience of not having my car because of their incompetence, and being gaslit to believe that my brakes were the problem. He chuckled and said no, because they spent a hundred something dollars for a new hose for my car. He offered a discount on future work, instead. I declined the offer. I picked up my car at 2:30, took the same route as Thursday. My car felt slightly better, but it was still struggling to accelerate. At a red light I could see smoke coming from under my hood and there was an awful burning smell. I took it back to the shop. Called the DM and asked him if he was able to test drive my car. He stated that he did not have time to come to that location. He did not personally make sure it was fixed and he did not test drive it like he said he would the day before. The DM said I could leave my car there and he would pick me up on Saturday so that I could ride with him as he test drove my car. Sat, Mar 1st: Our initial time that he gave me was 7:45 am, 2 minutes before he was supposed to pick me up, he conveniently had an appointment at 8:45 and would come after. He called me at 10:44 to let me know he was on the way. I could hear my car come around the corner. Again, I tried to negotiate for the same 30% refund, but he was adamant that he was not giving me a 30% refund because of all the work they had done!! Spending $927.37 on a "cracked radiator" doesn't include a car inspection or a new hose! Now on the highway when I hit 60 or 70 mph my car sounds like a gremlin and it runs hard!! Guess what, the problem was not the brakes, but antifreeze fluid on the engine! The blatant gaslight to blame the brakes and not take accountability for their negligence could have had me in a bad car accident. At this point, I should have received a 50% discount. I wouldn't trust these people to fix a bike! Receipts and a short clip attached. Too bad Google only allows less than 30 sec clips with reviews.

Had my exhaust replaced here. They didn’t tighten the bolts down for the suspension stabilizer brace, so a week after the work was done it fell off while driving on 94. Also started having electrical issues and discovered they didn’t tighten the terminals after disconnecting my battery for the reset after replacing o2 sensors on exhaust.
