Walked in for a price quite on my muffler issue. Service was pleasant and quick. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my muffler and quoted me a reasonable fix. Explained everything including offering other options and price quotes so I could make an informed decision on exactly what I wanted. They were able to get me in right away which was a plus. Service was convenient, quick, and all for a great cost. I had come into this after meeting with my mechanic so I knew that the quote was reasonable as well. Customer service was amazing. Would definitely recommend them!

Bad experience. I had my entire brake assembly replaced in April 2023 (all calipers, rotors, and pads) and one year later the front brakes started seizing and the rotors were no longer good. The rotors became warped. I paid $1300 for the job and the brakes unfortunately had to be replaced once again. I called the Quiet Zone and asked if they could help me under these circumstances and they basically said NO because their one-year warranty expired. They even wanted to charge me $40 just to inspect what was clearly a poor job on their part. Comprehensive brake jobs should last longer than 14 months, that I am certain of. I would not trust these guys with any serious brake jobs that involve calipers or rotors again. I usually do not give out bad reviews to small businesses, but this one was very necessary.

It has been always a pleasant experience for all the time. These guys are HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and TRUSTWORTHY. I have been using there excellent services and loving how friendly they are. Felt always valued when they show they wanting my business sure enough to have'm work on both my truck and sedan. If you want to save your time and get things done correctly with reasonable prices!? By far the best place I have ever been to for my car issues or maintenance. They have taken care of all 4 of my cars without any hassle or attitude, EVER. The staff is awesome and the owner Antonio really knows how to run a business and keep customers happy. Super knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and dedicated to fixing things the right way, the first time. Him and his staff always go out of their way for me. I won't ever take my cars anywhere else. Excellent, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and friendly service with fair prices, Antonio and his crew go above and beyond. It was hard to find a mechanic that does the job right the first time and charges fairly, until I found The Quiet Zone. Repairs are done right the first time and once they start working on the vehicle they are pretty fast. If I had a transportation issue they would make it a no-worry situation. Very hard to find a shop like this not only all the above but you also leave feeling like family.

We have used him a few times now, and he always comes through. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at The Quiet Zone.

Terrible customer service and communication. Called to get a quote on service I needed done and proceeded to call back the next day to schedule an appointment, was told a much higher price than I was told the day before and when I asked about the price change the worker proceeded to talk over me and be disruptive before attempting to figure out a solution. Learn how to communicate with your customers.

So disappointed with 4 times back and forward because they do really sloppy job for fix my alignment and balancing. Maybe they good for fix something else (base from other review but not for this stuff). Dragging my kids with unsure situation isn't nice at all. Absolutely will not go back here. They need different guy for the front desk. He kind of rude and don't explain detil what we need to know. If anyone want try this, ask every single detil, including how long you need to wait. And read all review even though from 7 years ago. It seems they don't change much about fixing alignment.

With, that said,. I highly recommend Thais shop, I called all over the city to get my Cadillac converter fixed. The most horrible customer service ever!!!! They had my truck going on 3 weeks. The owner says my truck is ready but the mechanic says he waiting on parts. Never finish the work. No commication @ all. Then gets upset with me bcuz I came to the business asking question about my truck. No one answer the phone.

I went in today after giving them a 20 minute notice about my car battery. The employee was swamped and despite a language barrier between us he was able to understand what I needed and helped me immediately. They offered reasonable prices as well. Antonio was very flexible and kind - and tho mechanic working today was so incredibly helpful, juggling multiple repairs, managing a tow-truck delivery coming in, helping two different customers with language barriers and navigating administrative duties. He very clearly works hard, is adaptable and dedicated to getting things done! Great experience!!
