The absolute worst customer service ever!!!!! First of all way over priced tow (definitely jipped me on that ($150 for 6 miles!!)). Left $80 for a different tow man to pick up and they tried to only give him $70 of it!! Worst experience i have had with Milwaukee auto mechanics. WOW!!!

This place did an Excellent job on fixing my 2012 Chevy equinox they replaced both control arms and changed breaks and rotors for less than all the other shops i went to they manager and workers were very friendly and helpful and they show you the real problem unlike other shops that just want to spend your money on unnecessary repairs I highly recommend them

Terrible. Went in for a break job and less than a day later my car was really acting up. Brought it back to pro tech and my girlfriend noticed (she was following me), that my rear wheel was wobbling all over the place. Got out of the car and realized I was missing a wheel stud. None of the lug nuts were tightened so it caused a wheel stud to shear off. We could have been killed! Brought this to the owners attention and he fixed it but then assured me that wasn't the only problem. Stuck me for another $100 bucks claiming he had to replace U joints. Insisted the wheel wasn't the cause of the problems I was having. Someone also stole my hunting knife out of my middle console. Do NOT bring your car here. I can't believe I was driving with my child in the car and my wheel barely on. Terrible mechanic and DISHONEST.

Had a young man came into the shop to look at the bearings on the tires because of a whistling sound. This is before I bought the car for my daughter. The mechanic, Muhammad said all is good and it is the winter tires. Never owned winters tires and took their word. Got a paper written out for this statement. They would have had to seen this while looking for the initial thought. Brought it Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and emissions and the noise returned. IT WAS THE BREAKS AND ROTERS! It took the mechanic no time to point this out. The heck! The mechanic said we were lucky we did not freeze up the breaks. They had a difficult time getting the calibers off. One break pad was broken and had metal to metal and pitting on the one rotor and a wavy rotor. What kind of shop are you running? Where did you get your license? Safety over dollars sir, safety first! I don’t care what was asked for, your shop should have done a full inspection! I don’t know who you paid for your reviews but, highly doubt the five stars. What a shame. I have pictures to prove it!!! My families safety is above all! I will not at all trust your word and will never recommend this shop! You should be reported to the city.
