I brought my van here after the Derecho. All the body shops in Cedar Rapids were not even making estimates, with the earliest possible appointment for just an estimate not until November. Witham was able to get me in right away. They worked with my insurance company to not only take care of the initial estimate, but also for additional repairs found after starting. And the finished result looked great. But the biggest help came after I got my van back. I found two mechanical problems related to disassembly/reassembly, and they gave me the option of taking it to my local Toyota dealer to fix rather than going all the way back to Waterloo, and they paid the dealer directly for the repairs. The people were also wonderful to work with, patient when explaining or answering questions, and great at keeping communication open, even after I identified the problems. I may live far away, but I wouldn't hesitate to return here in the future. They say they stand by their work, and they followed through for me.

Everyone is professional, made the process smooth without any effort on my part and updates on the progress were given. I had both driver side doors worked on, but I had to return my car the next day since my front driver side door was still not closing properly, before I even said anything Angie was after it and 10 minutes later my door was perfectly calibrated. Recently we hit a deer with our Expedition. With over $8,000 in damage we were told by several shops that there was no way it would be repaired by our vacation in under 3 weeks. Angie and Brandon were amazing: Communication- 5/5: they called with routine updates 2x week and anytime something unexpected popped up. They were always knowledgeable, honest and very accommodating. Timeliness- 5/5: Our vehicle was done ahead of their predicted schedule and in time for our trip! Quality workmanship- 5/5: Absolutely everything is as it should be...except the AC which is even better (new condenser, radiator and cooler). We couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism.

Julie Finzen, Claims Manager was amazing helping us deal with the damage done to our F-150 body and transmission by a big deer making it's last highway crossing. We were road weary after 3 hours or so on the emergency lane on a highway 90 minutes from the Ford Dealership in Waterloo, Iowa. AAA had dropped our call and didn't call us back. Julie helped make arrangements for a tow and for a campground for the new trailer that was attached to our truck. She was also a tremendous help dealing with our insurance company for our rental car and repairs for the truck. She even helped us find a veterinarian for our dog. Our stay in Iowa was longer than expected (2 weeks) but eventually all the diagnostics were done, negotiations with the insurance company resolved and the parts ordered and then installed. Julie and Kevin (head collision manager - I think) kept us up to date with all that was going. Working hard to get us on our way back to Indiana. Julie and Kevin even called on their personal cell phones after the derecho went through and power was out. Kevin even called during a day he was dealing with storm damage. We felt they both cared about our situation despite everything else that was going on and we appreciated their help. My truck needed body repairs, so I brought it here! Great decision, they gave me an efficient loaner car, worked with my insurance, and they even fixed my tailgate which had issues separate from the accident! They took longer than expected, which was fine with me because my loaner was great. When it was time to pick it up, the work looked fantastic, and they washed my truck inside and out! Very friendly people, I would recommend this place to anyone!

My experience here was amazing. I would fully recommend it. My car was towed here after a winter accident and set up with the collision team. I was beyond impressed with Angie and the rest of the collision team based on how they handled my repairs. They were quick to communicate with insurance, and they advocated for me in all ways. They communicate regularly, giving updates twice a week. They were excellent at breaking down what repairs were needed, why, and what the timeline would be. They made sure my car was completely repaired and diligently inspected before finishing the job. I can honestly say this was the single best experience I have ever had with a dealership or repair center. I feel they were personally invested in making sure my repairs were done right with nothing missed. Even when there were delays out of their control, they were quick to communicate with me and insurance so that plans could be made and I wouldn’t be left hanging.
