The girl that works on the inside of the gas station told me to get there before 5:30 if I do she will do my oil change I got there at 5:25 I go inside I asked her if I can get the oil change she says yes pull around I pulled around to the back and I was waiting for 20 minutes nobody came and moved the cone while they all sit back there and laugh

Do not use the car wash here! The spinning brush beats the snot out of your car and it ripped my rear wiper blade off. There were remnants of other wipers, antennas and license plate brackets on the ground! The employees would not reimburse the $6 cost of the wash. The response was, “You should have put a plastic sleeve over your rear wiper.” They only offered to complete an accident report so that I could file a reimbursement request with the corporate office. What a huge pain.

I sat in my line for 45 minutes then they left my car in stall 3 for additional hour and 15 minutes. It took two hours for high mileage full service oil change. Need I remind you i was the only black person there. Very disappointing. I will never go there again. Had to get manager. No one could explain why, the cars behind me left before I did.

Usually the BEST price on premium gas and regular is also competitive too. This is also THE ONLY place that doesn't have one of those stupid pay for air pumps to inflate your tires. Their car wash is also one of the last brush car washes around and ontop if it you can get a basic car wash for 4$ ONLY.. other places charge atleast 6$ for a lesser wash.

A good place for a cheap oil change but am not particularly happy about an unknowledgeable tech who didn't know how to open my hood causing me to try to reopen it once popped and breaking my interior latch to open it. The only place to get a cheaper synthetic oil change, unfortunately won't be returning to this location due to this experience.

I love grocery shopping at woodmans and getting my gas for a cheaper price however I get one oil change a year due to me going to my car dealership for everything else & with these upcoming NEW oil change prices I will only stick to my car dealership. At least I can get more bang for my buck.

I used to love coming here for my oil changes. But unfortunately, this last visit showed me I have to go somewhere else. The service was slow. And they didn't let me know when my car was finished. I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. Finally, a tech asked me what I was waiting on. And the cashier yelled, "Your car been done!" Sure, it has... Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Another place that's gone downhill

I have a 2024 Subaru that I bought brand new at the end of 2023. I’ve been getting my oil changed at Woodman’s for the past decade (on my last vehicle). Started having issues with a part on my Subaru called the VVT Solenoid. Apparently these issues are caused by using the incorrect oil. Even though the records show Woodman’s used the correct oil, the mechanics at the Subaru dealership suspect this is not the case. This really shakes my trust in the Woodman’s Gas & Lube Center and I will not be back as it has been a costly learning experience. If Woodman’s thinks I’m lying, take it up with the crew of the Subaru dealership on 27th and Layton. Whoever was working on 3/29/25 at Woodman’s, thanks for wrecking my car. *Also, their oil change prices are absurd now, so you’re not saving any dough by going there.

Great prices but the third shift staff is HORRIFIC I've lived in oakcreek when woodmans grounds was still a abandoned factory. I goes here about 3 days a week spend roughly 900 a month minimum of 450 at least. The 3rd shift and only shift that they have security on (in the slowest least busiest shift In oakcreek a suburb of wisconsin) I walked up to a self checkout before even setting down anything on the register it said unexpected item on belt i just stood they not doing anything as I hadn't put anything on the belt to begin with this is when the security guard(the heavier set one not the smaller one) walking past stopped right in my crossing to give me a death stare i ignored it , I'm a Palestinian/Jew I'm use to bias/racism no matter how well i carry or present myself. As I put items in the belt they scan then proceded not to put the items down the belt sending each item back up. So I grabbed the couple items I scanned and went to a completely different register obviously rescanning every item. This is when the self checkout worker comes over because I needed help scanning waters and doesnt say hi doesnt say anything juat goes right away is there a reason u moved registers?! in the rudest way possible as if I had done something wrong or was " up to no good" I explained to her why she didnt respond proceded to ask her a question she answered with a just as pleasant YUP. Still will go to woodmans because I love woodmans and its and grocery shopping there is a staple in me and my family's lives but I'll defintley still to the go during the day where everyone has a smile and I dont feel like Im being at stared and treated differently simply because I want to grocery shop after my 12 hour shift instead of before. I understand training staff to watch for thefts , having security if necessary but is it worth it at the risk of having ur regular long term trust worthy shoppers getting treated like this?
