They went to do a headgasket repair on my car but when I got it back it had no coolant in it and the oil was very low. I also realized that I was missing a part for my throttle cable to connect to the throttle body. I asked them to order it and they said they did but when a month passed I went to Ford myself to get the part and Ford had told me that they never ordered the part. I will never again visit this mechanic.

This place is a BIG RIP OFF!!! We took our car in for a minor repair and when we got the car back there were 5 other issues with our car. He had our car for a week. IWe were told to just drive it for a couple of days to see if it would fix the issues. Why would we do that? That makes no sense. After taking it to our regular mechanic we were told that he replaced a part and left other parts off. This is costing us extra money that we do not have.

We used him for years until recent seems like he just doesnt care much anymore which is really sad nice guy. Relatives car sat over a year to be repaired, "waiting on parts" and the run around bs causing them to purchase a new vehicle. Just upsetting because he did good work in previous years.

Seems to be ran by a nice guy but service sucks. I dropped a vehicle off for a simple repair, its been a week and still haven't received a call saying how much it will be to fix or anything. People don't take their cars to a shop for them to sit there. They do it because they need them.

Wost MECHANIC ever! Couldn't do a simple wheel bearing job .had to come back 8 times for him to fix it and still couldn't get it right. , without messing something else up. Damaged all 4 of my rims while installing new tires as well! on my vehicle. He finally admitted to the damages and said he would file the claim with his insurance, and he never did.! Not trustworthy, crooked, and has a BIG EGO! Make sure that he doesn't do ANY epair on your vehicle without your authorization like he did with me!!! He installed a TPMS sensor on one of my tires WITHOUT MY AUHORIZATION.and then proceeded to tell me he couldn't program it because he didn't bother checking to make sure he had the equipment to do so. So I had to take it elsewhere to do that!!!

I'm always gotten good work and a real fair price coming to these guys. If I have a complaint, it's that they're so busy at times that it takes a little longer to get some stuff done. But other times if you need it fast they can put a rush on it. That's the only reason I might not given 5 stars. Otherwise I think these guys are great.
