Not good service at all. They act like there poop don't stink. Had trouble with getting a Interlock device installed and had trouble starting car when done. They wouldn't even look at it. We had to get a new starter put in to find out it was their fault.

2004 I first took a 02 Tahoe into this shop. Had them install custom color blue and white seats and new carpet and headliner with blue and gray wood grain through out. I won multiple car shows. This will be my 3rd vehicle interior, Same work different colors. I live in Inriana now and still travel for there work.

Installed a sunroof in my brand new Subaru. It stopped working after 6 months. They then charged me $150 diagnostic fee and said it was fixed. It lasted one week I was told that there was nothing they could do since they bought the business after my sunroof was installed. However, they bought the Erickson name and it's goodwill. Shouldn't that include warranty work? I had no say in a sale; sale shouldn't void warrantied work! Subaru corporation will not intervene even though the car was sent there by the Dealer who sold me my car. Fast forward a year and I am spending $2,000 to replace the entire sunroof, since I was told the sunroof "brainbox" was installed in the wrong place and keeps getting hit by the sunroof itself! Eriksons SUCKS! STAY AWAY!
