Don’t go here I went here last year with my 2011 bmw 335i for tires front breaks and new raditor and all there reapirs failed they used oreily break pads and there catalog routers would pause the weird thing where they premature warp the firestone near chick f lau replacement them for free but wait there is more their upper radiator hose completely failed on January 5, 2026 still under warranty I just didn’t realize they did that one And now their radiator completely failed and I was being told it was a junk radiator most likely so they put junk parts in my BMW and i paidd 2,200$ don’t go to ghetto stone i already filed a complaint with corporate and I’m very upset As now I’m paying for a radiator twice as the radiator warranty expired a couple weeks Which I was worried was going to happen because they couldn’t even do breaks right just stay away please

I will never use Firestone again. They charged me $1900 and didn’t fix the problem, they didn’t add windshield wiper fluid! The manager does not care and wouldn’t explain why the sensor wasn’t replaced. I had to take to another shop to get that replaced. Additional $600 but they gave me a loaner. I filed a complaint and still haven’t heard from anyone. I am filing a complaint with the state!!

It was a Sunday and I honestly did not expect to get work done on my car, but Casandra and the two mechanics on duty made sure the work was done on my car before the store closed for the night. I went to the location on Washington several times for maintenance, but they never managed to fix the problem—even after three visits. After a disappointing encounter with one of the staff there, I decided not to return. Yesterday, I had a flat tire and went to the Firestone on Main St. Instead, Casandra was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did she get my tire fixed quickly, but she also looked into and resolved the issue that the Washington location couldn’t fix. Firestone on Main St. is definitely a place you can trust. Highly recommend!

Just purchased my second set of the same tires for our 2017 Pilot because the other ones lasted us 5 years and nearly 90,000 miles (CRAZY!). We had the absolute best experience with Walter at Firestone in Racine—even though we weren’t even customers! A tire on our loaner car from the Subaru dealership completely failed, and Walter went above and beyond to help us out. He stayed open after hours just to make sure we were safe and had somewhere to wait until our ride could come all the way from Milwaukee. He didn’t pressure us, didn’t profit from helping us—he just showed true kindness. He even put Nickelodeon on for our 4-year-old to help pass the time and gave us directions to a nearby gelato shop to keep everyone happy. Walter is easily the kindest man in Racine. We’ll never forget how he showed up for our family in a stressful moment. If you ever need car service in the area, this is the place—and Walter is the reason why.

Made an online appointment on Saturday to come in Sunday , didn’t put what it was for ( drop down box wasn’t working ) showed up at my time and they thought it was for an oil change when it was my brakes.. with 1 service tech they got all 4 brakes done while working on other cars! Walter is an excellent manager and highly recommend him! The next day noticed noise coming from the brakes Walter got me in the next day and the fixed the problem no issues!

Walter was wonderful. The tires I ordered and for which I received pricing were six years on the shelf. This was too old to sell so Walter gave me 4 different tires of slightly higher quality for very close to the same price. He was up front about the mistake and provided a quality solution.

Do not trust this shop. Brought my car in to get a leaky tire repaired. They said they couldn’t repair it because the nail or screw was in the side wall and I needed 4 tires having a AWD vehicle. My tires have less than 2k miles on them… I pulled the tire off myself pulled the nail and plugged the hole which was well away from the sidewall… it was closer to the center of the tire than the sidewall… they also were kind enough to over torque my lug nuts so it was tough getting the tire off myself even using a snap on impact wrench… what horrible people work here.

Came here for some Tires as Firestone Has a good reputable background for tires, Got the cheapest option to get on my beater car and spent about 380 .Customer Service is really nice and solid Itemizing for the bill and on top you get a recomendación of what should be changed for the future. Only downside was the tires in front had low tire pressure (about 22PSI ) and had to go to KwikTrip for some air, bother me a little but its a quick fix so its not bad just inconvenient. Overall good experience.

I’ve been coming to this location to get wheel alignments on my jeep since I paid extra for the lifetime wheel alignment. I went in two months ago for a wheel alignment on my jeep. It’s now August 05 2025. My steering wheel shifted out of its place and I heard a loud noise. I had my mechanic take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem to when I had my wheel alignment at Firestone. They didn’t tighten the bolts down. That’s why the drag link had slipped out of its place again. This location advised me that I needed a new rear tire as it couldn’t be repaired. I went elsewhere in town to a local tire shop. The tire only needed to be cleaned around the rim. I won’t be coming here to this location anymore due to negligence by the workers and trying to push unnecessary repairs that aren’t required.

I was told she could get me in "right now" for repairs, be done in 3 or 4 hours, I was there for 8 hours, cassandra forgot to order a part she apologized and offered me a water. Anyway, Now my car is making a clunking sound (all on videos inside car my memory goes back to 2024, except for the 8 hours they had it, they faced my camera to the back seat, thats shady business),so I took it back within 30 minutes/ 3 miles, mechanic (diff guy) said it was my perfume bottle. Strange when I review my car cam I can clearly hear the noise and it wasn't a perfume bottle sound. Going to take it in again, family says they screwed something up, there was another nissan, a black one, in the bays being serviced, maybe something got switched. Im going to post pics and videos of the ride after and inside wheel before repair, I have dozens! Sorry Im not sure if videos have sound lol OH well Merry Christmas and pray for me. *Update, they believe it was a faulty part, and they are replacing it at no charge, im truly Thankfully for that. *Clunk sound is still there after redo. Noticed the clunk before I even got to the bridge. The mechanic missed it again, perfume bottle is in a bag on my seat so it can't be that. Going to take it somewhere else, back to my dealership, maybe, idk. When i saw them a few months ago they recorded my maintenance (on a tablet, very cool to see), their print out says nothing about needing a rack n pinion. New video added, driving with the clunk after 16 hours of repairs. Worst experience ever. Hoping im not another female casualty, will keep posting updates. *update my fam found it is missing a bolt, you can see in the picture that it was there and the tool marks that took it off. TWO TIMES the mechanic missed it! So the noise was my engine shifting and bouncing but they didn't hear it before they gave it back to me, TWICE!! * Cassandra (said shes the owner) left herself a 5 star review, funny it didn't help your rating... Maybe stop cheating people, be honest about repairs needed and don't take 3 full days to do a 4 hour job. 🤔
