I visited this car wash on Monday, April 28 around 5:30 PM. Right after the wash, I went to a nearby supermarket and immediately noticed fresh scratches on my car. I took photos right away and returned the next day to file a complaint. The staff member who took my complaint didn’t even take photos of the damage. Later, the manager told me by phone she had reviewed the security footage and claimed the scratches were already there — even though they had no record of where the scratches were. I returned and reviewed the footage with the manager myself. It clearly shows that the scratches were not present when my car entered the wash. Still, they rejected my complaint. Very disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism and no accountability. I do not recommend this place.

I have used 84th st Scrub a Dub for my general maintenance for 5 years. Their prices beat any other quick lube and I love the free the free vacuums. I also get a free wash with every oil change. They have honest and hard working technicians that are great at their trade. Also have many times kept me aware of any leaks underneath the hood.

I have been going here since I moved to the area 3.5 yrs ago. You cannot beat the price (less than $70 for super synthetic) and it comes with a free car wash!! They are not pushy about cabin filters and they do not try and up sell a bunch of additional services. They might make a couple suggestions and if you say no thanks They leave it at that!

Not local to the area but my truck needed a wash badly because of the fun winter gluck. Googled car wash and Scrub-A-Dub was the first option. Since I was close, I chose to come here and I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly and the best wash was good value. The wash got my truck clean and good to go. Even though it was busy since it was a warmer day, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Absolutely recommend!
