I never pumped gas here before and decided to stop there one day after shopping at woodmans and was surprised to see they had a small service center there for oil changes and other small jobs. It was a nice addition to the gas station and there store, I will be returning one day to try out their services here, I have always been satisfied with their grocery store and their low prices and variety of products and have never had much complaints on their service at any of their locations, all over great place to visit.

Very unsatisfied with the service here; they advertise full synthetic oil changes, however, they do not carry the 3 most common oil weights, just 0w20 and 5w30. My vehicle calls for 5w20 and I asked for full synthetic. Instead of explaining they do not carry the recommended oil weight for my vehicle in their bulk full synthetic oil they decided to go ahead and put in 0w20. I was not very happy to look at my invoice and see this. Then when I went back and questioned them about it, they said 0w20 and 5w20 are the same thing. I get that these oil weights are very similar, however, this should of been brought to my attention before performing the oil change. The manufacturer recommends certain oil weights for a reason. So if your vehicle calls for a 5w20(Ford, Hyundai, older Mitsubishi’s) STEER CLEAR!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic badly cracked my oil pan. The car was leaking but they didn't tell me about the crack, and just let me drive off with a broken oil pan. It wasn't until later I realized my car was leaking profusely. I took it back in and told them what happened and they took a video of the leak and showed me. It was very bad but they refused to fix it and said I had to make a vehicle damage claim. I was forced to replace the oil pan out of pocket to prevent any major damage to my engine, but when I wrote to woodman's to get a refund, they were rude, condescending, and tried to make me look stupid. They denied any part in the damage, telling me that the oil pan threads were stripped due to wear and tear. That wasn't the case, I saw the crack myself. I am still in the process of getting a refund and I am fully prepared to take legal action if woodman's refuses to address this issue. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Best gas prices in the area. Sometimes Costco might be cheaper by a few cents but they don't have a convenient store, car wash, or very low priced oil changes! (Only $19.99 for conventional oil change)

Nice place to get gas and get my oil changed. The tech even found a piece under my hood that my son left off my van when my son replaced my headlight! Great place for all your gas n oil and snacks and more! Yummy carmels at the register too!

This place is prejudice. I sent my black Godson in with a credit card and he was told he couldn't purchase the items because they don't accept credit cards. I tried to call to question this as most places take credit cards and no one answered. I came to the website and read they take discover only. I went back with my Godson and my discover card. The guy not only charged us less but didn't apologize. This is very sad to me! My godson was very upset and I don't blame him.

Highly dissatisfied with my experience. It’s advertised that when you pay for an oil change they will top off any fluids, check tire pressure, check wipers, etc. Today I went in for all of that and they did not do any of the extras. So I ended up paying almost $60 for them to change the oil and do none of the other stuff that is advertised as included in the oil change. Feeling incredibly ripped off. Definitely not going back again.

While I rarely use the gas station, I often patronize the oil change station at this location. The prices among the best in the Madison area and I can multi-task by doing my grocery shopping while my oil is being changed. I've never had a problem with the quality of service I've received. The no credit card policy is an annoyance, but one I that I'm willing to accept to save a few bucks on my oil changes.

Waited over an hour with 5 other vehicles just to be told “our computer system is down, could be a few minutes, could be longer.” Could have said that from the start and I would have left…. Also no discounts offered for failure of service, lame.

I noticed something under my car that kept hitting the ground. I took a peak and it was my engine splash shield. 4 extra screws were missing and that's why it kept hitting the ground. I called the station to FYI them. We replaced this screws on our own. I went back to get another oil change on the same car and the same thing happened. No. Never going back to this location. East side it is.

Do not get your oil changed at Sun Prairie Woodman's. My wife drove her car in, and had to be pushed out. Before the oil change, her car was working perfectly. Somehow they damaged the electrical system. The car wouldn't start, and they pushed the car out of their garage, leaving my wife stranded in their parking lot. I came over and ordered a tow truck. The workers were unapologetic, and didn't even file an incident report until the manager of the main store across the street made them do it. The tow truck driver pointed out that the car was dripping oil and the body of the car was electrified to the touch. We submitted a small claim to corporate for the electrical work, but were denied because it "was not serviced or accessed in any way." If the electrical wasn't damaged by them, why won't the car start and why does the car's body shock the tow truck driver???

If you need gas then it's fine. It's a terrible layout for a gas station. There's barely any room to fit a full size truck in there with the oil change bays right by the pumps. If you're on E and need gas then stop by I'd rather drive right by and go to next gas station down the road.

This place has not only raised its prices astronomically and unreasonably, but they've also broken parts on my car about 5 separate times. They also don't check a single thing when doing the oil change. They even charged me for the part they broke on my car several times. Insane.

Excellent prices on car washes but only one out of the two was working. When I went inside to pay for my car wash I stood there quite a while with no cashier in sight. After a while, a guy came in from the oil change area. No apology or thanking me for my patience.. I recommend getting a bell or doorbell or some way to alert the employee if they're going to be leaving the cashier area.
