Beware doesn't accept visa credit card only debit and cash. What a joke! Felt like a fool on a Sunday getting my oil changed then going to pay and she said I could pay with a visa. Then having to wait for my mom to come and pay for me because it Sunday. And the girl told me to go to my bank and get money on a Sunday like what a joke.

Ugh ! The wait...went on a week day ! Bring your phone or a book 🤓 Love the ability to drive in & wait in the car. The service people are thorough & informative. Best price on full synthetic oil change.

My daughter has gone here twice for an oil change and not once did they check the other fluids or tires (even after she asked/verified they would be doing so in the "multi-point inspection" before getting the oil change!). So just know, you won't be getting the "full service" you're paying for.

All oil changes went up $20 because they added the service of requiring you to pay for them to wipe your windows and add soap to your car.

Amazing gas prices. Amazing car wash prices. Fleet Farm gas station down the road is the only other place gas is as cheap. Haven't tried the oil change yet because lines are usually long but I'm guessing it's due to... amazing prices.

Well after waiting 10 minutes of waiting for an oil change. I was asked to move over to a different door. After I did another 15 minutes later I asked the gal how much longer... I've been waiting a total of 25 minutes and they've had a open stall now for 15. Well the gal should get an award 👏 🙄 for dramatics. Shes only one person, she's trying to hurry. There were THREE employees there. So after her Oscar winning performance of trying to look busy while doing nothing I left. Went to PDQ OIL EXPRESS pulled in oil change took 12 minutes, paid, left, went BACK to woodmans. The same 2 damn cars still there! Blonde drama queen walking around doing nothing. So I went in the store to complain. I spoke with Brian. What a treat that was! Brian appears to be hired straight out of adult literacy class at the community College. After showing him my receipt that I literally went somewhere else had my oil changed and CAME BACK before the 2 cars that were there when I left were still not finished. Brian shrugged and had a hard time keeping his mouth closed. Not cause he was talking just his mouth closed..I thought he was gonna drool. So urgency and customer service are a thing of the past at Woodmans. I WONT BE BACK.

There is blonde girl she just keeps on talking with other employees about who knows what maybe yesterday's meatloaf I was the first one in when they opened at 8am it took a hour for a basic oil change and they don't grease your vehicle. Never again Will I be back this is ridiculous. The lines are backed up outside and the employees don't care about that.

I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes and I’ve been in and out within a half hour every time. Never had an issue but my most recent oil change took over an hour. As I was sitting in my vehicle waiting for my oil to be changed there was no sense of urgency to get done. Then as the employee was trying to unscrew my oil filter she kept complaining in front of customers about how my oil filter was difficult to take off and that she couldn’t do it. It’s understandable that some oil filters may be in tougher positions but I just thought it was very unprofessional to complain about it the whole time and to take a ridiculous amount of time to do an oil change at a little over an hour. Had an even bigger issue after their servicing, if you care about your vehicle you will keep it far away from this place. The lack of knowledge prevents me from ever coming here again.

Let me tell you one thing. My car was perfectly fine before going to woodmans for an oil change. And the sad part is I’m not the only one this has happened to. Car had no issues perfectly good condition vehicle. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER AFTER GETTING MY OIL CHANGED FROM WOODMANS MY VEHICLE RANDOMLY SHUTS DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO OIL IN IT!! Woodmans is a horrible horrible place to get your oil changed from I do not recommend at all.

After having a bad experience with Kwiky Lube, I decided to come across town for an oil change at Woodman's. Ended up having to wait in line for an hour and a half, but they were very short staffed and restricted to two lanes because of it. Which is completely understandable. That's a widespread issue right now and they're obviously doing the best they can. In the end, I paid less than $30 for the oil change. That alone makes the wait worth it. The prices most lube shops in town charge right now are closer to $40 -$50! I noticed another review mentioned a lack of the inspection that is supposed to be included. I just want to make it clear for other people who may see this review. The inspection is not included in the $25 Oil Change. Nor does it say anywhere that it is. If you want the inspection, you have to at least be getting the $32 oil change. I don't think it's fair to leave them a bad review just because someone as a customer can't be bothered to look at the fine print. That's a good way to spread misinformation... Definitely will be returning!

I really like getting my oil changed here, its just so simple straight to the point. Park infront of one of the garages, and they will tell you to turn off car and roll down your window. They’ll ask what you’re getting, I was not pressured to get filters checked, premium stuff…..etc. Then wait in gas station, there prices are also good. I would plan for 30 mins of your time.

You better be ready to invest some time for this oil change - probably AT LEAST an hour - and that's just to get in the door. FYI - There was only one car in front of us. We had a long conversation, did some work, my son took a nap, and then he woke up and we talked and worked some more - before deciding to write this review.🙃 I rarely give a bad review, but unless your time isn't worth much, I wouldn't recommend coming here. You pay more than average because of all the useful things you could do with your time.

When you're paying over $82 for an oil change here...you're now playing with the big boys and expectation of service goes up dramatically. When it was a $19.99 oil change you let things slide but this is real money and its just not worth it. Don't open all 3 garage bays if you only have manpower for 1 or 2. An oil change taking over 2 hours during a work day is maddening. I OPTED OUT of their "full-service" oil change for $75 where they top off your fluids and fill your tires and she marked me down. When the bill came due....Full Service price I paid...no discount. "Well, thats what we do..we give everyone full-service" Did they give me the full-service treatment since I paid full price?? NO!! So I was basically scammed. And of course no one is the manager so no is going to help make it right and no one has the power to fix it blab blah blah. This is my first review in 2-3 years I believe but thats how awful my experience was. I'm sure I'm wasting my timed doing this. Safe to say I will never go back so hopefully it was worth taking advantage of me this time.

The prices are always good and there are plenty of pumps. It’s right in front of the grocery store which has the best prices outside of Aldi‘s.

I would not recommend Woodman's for an oil change. The lines are long to get service, the service takes longer than normal as they do a multi-point inspection and on top of that, my vehicle had oil/grease all over the exterior fenders around the engine compartment after completion.
