Gene or Jean I don’t know how to spell it. Did a quote for me to paint a bumper, we had a small misunderstanding, cleared it up, then locked in a time to sign the paperwork. He said hold on, then came back on the line and said “sorry we can’t make you happy you need to find somewhere else that is going to make you satisfied” and hung up the phone. I called back confused because I thought we had made a plan and the receptionist said he left. Then the receptionist guy said he wasn’t going to listen to anything I said because I need to go through Gene. Just as rude. I can’t even believe how I was treated over the phone, especially where I was ready to pay $500 for the service. Unbelievable

Worcester Auto Center made my life easy--Gene arranged for the rental company to pick me up right there, and allowed me to drop it off at Worcester Auto Center when it was time to pick up my car. Gene kindly waited for me after close when I couldn't make it there in time, and was very helpful in explaining all of the steps of the process. Overall a positive experience!

I have used Worcester Auto Center on Chandler Street at least three times in the almost six years that I have lived in Worcester. I have also referred several friends there, because of their competent and professional work. The Director has the intelligence and knowledge of an engineer, and executes and oversees excellent work in the shop. He communicates well and courteously with insurance companies and customers. Worcester Auto Center is flexible, timely and respectful in their work with customers, and I recommend them highly. (In a word, as the previous reviewer pointed out, they are "amazing".)

Gene really helped me out in a pinch. He took my car in right away and had to turn around in a week and a half. They did great work! Only issue I had was there was some white dust in some nooks and crannies, and a little inside. Presumably got in there while they were doing work, but it cleaned up just fine.

They were recommended by another insurance company that was responsible to cover the damage to my car after an accident. They did a phenomenal job, and even cleaned and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. They updated me regularly on the progress and actually finished ahead of schedule. My car looks brand new! When I came in, Gene (Jean) walked me through the process of what to expect after a collision. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dropping off my car with them right away. It was expected to be done on 09/19, but on 09/15 I got a call saying my car was ready. When I got there Gene was waiting for me, and I noticed my car looked very clean. He cleaned my car on top of the excellent service provided by the shop. This is a place I would recommend to anyone, you can tell the people here are hard working individuals.
