I towed my Mercedes Sprinter van to this shop when I broke down about 100 miles south of Richmond and after reading all the positive reviews on their shop. Based on my experience, those positive reviews were spot on. They were extremely polite and helpful. Ultimately, they were unable to help me because my enormous van was too big for their shop, but they did talk with me about the issues and perform some initial diagnostics to give me an idea of the type of repair I was looking at. They also offered to put me in touch with the towing company they used, and answered my follow up questions after I left to drink some tea and think about my options.

I love this place! Joe and Sam are honest, told me to use my warranty (that I was not even aware that I had) instead of taking advantage of me like others had tried to do. Were really helpful in making calls and getting information in regards to the issues with this car being that I just purchased it. Offered all-around great advice on how to deal with diesel engines in the future and how to proceed with my issue. Would totally recommend. Awesome and professional!

Today I took my 2012 Mercedes GLK350 to World Foreign Car Services (Sam and Joe) because it had been making a noise that would come and go. Now, this is not the kind of problem that is detected by the diagnostic computer. This is the kind of problem that requires extensive knowledge to correctly diagnose on the FIRST try. They not only correctly diagnosed the problem on the first try; they were able to get the replacement parts and install them this very day! And HAPPY DAY; the noise is GONE! Thank you Sam and Joe!

My 35-year-old R107 roadster had been sitting for a few years when I bought this little low mileage beauty. It leaked oil, ran rough and stalled, the a/c was broken, and it had a few other issues. Sam and his team worked their magic and the car is now running perfectly and the a/c is cold. I love it when a business "under promises and over delivers." I wouldn’t recommend this place. They provided no reason for why they would not perform a service even though they were completely capable of doing it. Edit- I had another shop install a SAM module on my ML350 and I called to see if he would Flash the unit. But apparently this was providing my own parts. Again, I explained this to World of Foreign Cars and he said "we supply the Parts". No parts are need simply a scanning service.

I just moved to the area and I started to have some issues with my Mercedes . I searched the internet and came across World Foreign Car Services Mercedes. Their reviews were above 4.5 and I provided a detailed description of my issues. After setting a time to drop off my vehicle, I met Joe and I provided him with a recording in which he immediately new exactly what was the issue. After about 5 hours I had my car back running. I waited about a week before writing this review because I wanted to be honest as possible. I highly recommend World Foreign Car Services. I trust them. They are affordable, efficient, direct to the point and as long as I am in Richmond, VA, I will continue to take my Mercedes there for all of my auto needs.
