Last 2 times I came here they didn't have the right size tire for my Ford Explorer. They actually offered to change my tire with a tire that was similar in size to the rest of my tires but not exact, which I declined because I wasn't that desperate and simply drove like 5 minutes down the street to a different shop that had the right size. I just thought it was a little odd/unprofessional of them to offer that. I've been here once or twice before though with a different car and had my tire changed by them. They're fast but the place is really difficult to get in and out of when they have a lot of other cars there which is like almost all the time. Also noticed people working in open toed shoes which seem extremely unsafe to be working in at an auto repair shop but that doesn't factor into why I rated 3 stars. The customer service is average, I've only interacted with like 1 maybe 2 of the employees since my boyfriend usually handles everything. They aren't rude but also don't put much or any effort into being kind/polite. It's kind of hit and miss with this place, it's easy to want to come here because of low prices and quick service but it's not always the best option and sometimes not an option at all especially if they don't have the tire size that I need. I'd recommend calling ahead of time before you go to make sure they have room for you and/or are able to provide you with the services you need.

Went in for a stuttering issue with my 2009 Corolla. Ali was able to figure it out in a few seconds and suggested to replace the Ignition Coil. He replaced it in 30 minutes and I was on my way. This was fast and great service.

I took my daughter's care here on June 5, 2024 and was helped by Ali. He was kind and helpful. He took the car in right away and charged the AC. please be advised this place is scam I took my truck for socks and they told me my front suspension need lots of new parts to be replace I agreed to work be done then I took it back for engine light problem and them try to fix it charge 3 times the cost of parts and didn't fix the light I took it to a new place just today because I still have a noise in the front of my truck this new mechanic said they never fix anything is all original parts in it please don't take your car here

Not a Good place to go.. service has been degraded, Only one mechanic and he is all over the place,,,literly..one man try to work on multiple cars and Never 100 percent get car fixed,,I had and know several customers has tried him and including myself and we all had the same complaint, they will lie and say they fixed your car but once you are there you find out they didnt even fix it!..and they are working on someone else car,,,you have to stay there just to make sure they dont put another car in front yours to get the job done ..if it get done..small jobs like flat tire or brakes no problem beyond that they dont have the expertise nor the man power to really be called a Car Auto service..Maybe just Used tire and Brakes....Never go back there again. P.S I notice the decline of customers coming to there shop lately. that should say it all! Dont belive all the 5 star Hype ...

The person in charge went with him to the place of the car then started a fixed car and asked for a very cheap amount of money. He was so professional. I woke up to go to work but to my surprise my car had a flat tire lucky for me a live 3 blocks away not knowing how awesome this place is. I pull up and I was helped right away, my flat had a nail in it and one of my other tires needed to be exchanged because it was damaged, but no problem, they fixed the tire with the nail in it and they replaced the other damaged tire and all in record light speed timing but best of all it was only $20 for the tire repair and $45 for a used tire which all ran only $65. Best part was I was not even late for work, that's how good and fast these guys are.

I came here to get my AC recharge on my Dodge Charger and it started blowing nice and cold after I got it serviced here. You guys are a life saver thank you so much! Do not spend money with these people 😒 I called and asked for a battery terminal replacement.I was told come by in thirty minutes they can do it i get there waited waited an hour with my baby's in the heat i go in t the office completely unprofessional, it was dirty people are sitting around no shoes on It looked like a hang out spot vs a auto shop just for the mechanic, or whoever it was to tell me that it's an A.BS sensor and has to be taken to the dealership , to be fixed feeling completely defeated, but not giving up.I took it to the shop up the road to another auto shop and turns out it was a battery fuse it was fixed within thirty minutes so long story shot terrible customer service P.S I did get a tire and the man that helped me was extremely professional and helpful
