I’ve been coming to this shop for year with multiple vehicles being serviced here. No longer coming back. I came in because my steering wheel felt very loose and it was verring to the left while driving. I explained it to the shop and was told that they would take a look at it, prior to even handing off my keys to them I paid beforehand expecting to get the problem fixed and my vehicle taken care of. Big mistake. This is what was said on the recipt. “Steering Wheel is moving a lot when driving and turning right, customer concerns about probably issue on suspension Amount paid in advanced Thank you” “Upon examination by our Technician, we have identified your vehicle complaint as no issues found on vehicle, was road tested for 10 miles on the city and on freeway and everything on vehicle was normal while driving” So I basically paid $160 for them to drive my car around town and tell me nothing was wrong with my vehicle? Not to mention the fact that I was being upsold on getting new brakes and being quoted north of 2 grand. Obviously it felt loose and I didn’t feel safe driving my own car so upon leaving I was upset and then took it to les schwab where they immediately told me my allignment was absolutely terrible and they gave me a complimentary inspection and complimentary tire rotation and I paid $119!!! I’m disappointed with the fact that clearly something was wrong with my vehicle and my safety was put in jeopardy and then told my vehicle was okay when clearly it was not.

Very disappointed and will never go back. The lady said Oil changes cost $50, but when husband come and do job he wants $40 for labor, hazmat fees,etc. Total $98, with my own filter. THAT IS WRONG!!! Never again

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic and they quoted me with an estimate that was going to fix the problem apparently it didn’t I went back for a second try and it still didn’t fix the problem. I’m done with the shop. I don’t recommend it to nobody.

This business has sorely mistreated one of my guest. They brought their vehicle in to get check up she dropped off her car and her keys and she got a call a few hours later saying they lost her key so now they are saying they can get the key replacement within 24 hours for $650.00 without giving her a recipe or proof that this would be the cost of the dealership. They are also expecting her to pay for half the cost even though they as a business lost her keys and is now trying to steal money from a customer. They also lied to her and claimed they would pay for half the price of the key just to tell her they wouldn't be paying her back. FYI the key replacement was $250 and they tried to charge her $650. This is theft and it will be reported to the better business bureau and most like a Lawyer. They also claim they want to discuss but ignored my calls and when they finally answered they acted confused. Disgusting. They are a corrupt business!

I typically do all the work on my vehicles because I don’t trust most mechanics. This time around I had no option and I had to look for a shop to do some major repairs on my Toyota. Julian did not disappoint! He gained my trust through his communication and awesome work. He went above and beyond by inspecting other systems of the engine and making sure I replaced missing bolts. Pricing was also good.
