DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Paid 200$ for a full detail deal, what I received was my car wiped down on the outside, left dirty and inside never touched. I was told the guy forgot what he needed to clean the seats, and that he would return tomorrow to finish my seats and my other car .. at this time I haven’t seen the inside of my car and he asked me to pay and said that the owner was stressing and needing to be paid today even though it wasn’t even half done.. upon realizing how bad this job was I called the owner and I spoke with him and he said he never asked for my money that he wasn’t sure why his employer took $200 for me when I was quoted 190 to begin with.. then assured me that it would be fixed tomorrow.. around 8 o’clock at night. His employee text me asking me for 125 more dollars and the owner has no idea why.. thats when I asked for a refund, and things took a turn for the worst .. his employee harassed me about finishing the job and not giving me my money back and after arguing with this company and having to get my husband involved after two hours, I received 140 and told that I wouldn’t be seeing the rest of my money and that I couldn’t tell them what their job was worth.. I took a video of my car because it was absolutely astonishing the state it was left after taking my money. The fact that I never received a full refund is absolutely mind blowing, and they are begging to still do the job and my husband and me pay full payment again. A JOKE.
