The administrative assistant Ms. R was simply lovely to deal with. That being said, I took my Jeep there to have $1500 & change work done on it. The top back break light was not working. They "fixed it". When I pulled out of their parking lot, it was NOT working, (at, I might mention $100/hour in labor, it SHOULD have been working. I immediately took the Jeep back. Now they need to order a complete top break light. They installed the $150 part, only for me to get home & find it is still NOT working. So, back i go again this Friday for them to "look at it". When you bang on the light with your palm, it comes on intermittently. My guess is it's the wiring. I cannot say enough about the support staff, (Ms. R), she makes it all worthwhile.

Today was my first time coming to Yankee. And they did not disappoint! The guys at Yankee Ingenuity were friendly, honest, and they worked in a timely manner. I will be bringing my car here moving forward for all of my car needs, and referring family and friends!
