They took 3 days just to diagnose what’s wrong with my car and when I didn’t want any services from them anymore, they charged me $50 as a diagnostic fee which I wasn’t made aware of earlier. Their one of the mechanic, Destin, is very rude and certainly don’t know how to deal with customers. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES PEOPLE!!!

Took my wife's car quickly, competed the repairs within a day at $100 under the estimate. It's a small, local shop, so don't expect a waiting area with all the amenities, but if you're looking for fast, friendly, and affordable, this place gets a strong recommendation.

I don't know who Bill Bill is but I have a hard time believing his review. Jeff is an honest guy, who has taken care of our vehicles for many years. We have never had anything but professional, honest, courteous, and efficient service. I can recommend Jeff &his team highly and without reservation.

Simple job: 4 tire mount and alignment, drop off in the morning and pick up by 5 (with notice that I needed it to drive home from work that day). They didn't call me with updates, and when I walked there before 5, the shop was already closed with no access to my car (had to hitch a ride home with a coworker). The next day they completed the job, but I discovered they didn't tighten all the lug nuts (lost 1 somewhere) and one of my TPMS sensors was no longer working. Yes, they were inexpensive, but please go somewhere else!

Ive been here twice for repairs. The first time for a bearing which I was informed was fine and there was a loose bolt. It was fixed for free. (I tipped only) Second time (suspension) I was informed that the part was fine and paid for an oil change and diag only.

I have been taking my vehicles to You Save since the 1st month they opened their 1st store. I've had routine maintenance performed as well as large jobs (new transmission with nationwide warranty) and it has been nothing less than perfect every time. Jeff and his crew are absolutely the best. You Save has been my "go to" for over two years now. Case in point, SATURDAY morning... 07/20/2019, 95 degrees out and my battery light went on. Jeff was on vacation and they had 2 mechanics on hand. They told me to come right in, I might have to wait but at least they could see me. After an initial test of the battery they suggested I go have it checked where I bought it (since it was under warranty). After a load test and diagnostic at other place, they both agreed that it was the alternator. While I was at other place You Save checked my file and noticed my alternator was also under warranty and they ordered a replacement while I was at the other place. When I got back, the waiting area was full and the 2 mechanics on duty were very busy. They called in another employee (on his day off) and he came in to swap out my alternator. TOTALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND regular service. Oh... and the garage AND waiting area are air conditioned!

Just got my car today from being repaired at this shop and I was stunned with the work they did. My car looks brand-new like it's never been in an accident. It actually runs better than it did before. I'm surprised of the quality of the work they've done on my car considering that I opted in for a cheaper option using used parts. Absolutely great work for a seriously good price - the quote they gave me was about 50% cheaper than any other shop I called around. I was so excited I couldn't wait to come home and leave this positive feedback for them today. Highly recommended.

These folks are great...first time there they installed a drive belt on my Nissan at a very reasonable price.Second time there I brought in my older Honda because of hard starting or not starting(turns out the fuel treatment I gave it must have fixed the problem)..anyway, they spent quite a bit of time on it. Road tests,diagnostic test,lifted and inspected, checked all fuel related components...since the fuel treatment fixed it, they couldn't find anything wrong. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like most small repair shops do.Best thing was they didn't charge me a dime!! I'll definitely come back to them if I ever need a repair!

Awesome service from Jeff and staff. Went in at 8am got a cheaper price then local competitor and van was done by noon. Cant ask for much more than than. I'm editing this because 3 days later the pulley to my power steering pump came off the pump. Was told I had to pay labor again

These guys are great! Have had them service my work vehicle 2 times now and each time has been a great experience! Honest Technicians(Jeremy), helpful counter lady(Tiffany)! My windshield washer fluid wasnt working. They told me it was a fuse. Proving they have morals and integrity. Would've been easy for them to "sell" me a windshield washer fluid pump like many other crooked auto shops may have done! Also, they fit me in on a day that they were down 2 techs! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
