Longer review, but needs said. This shop really does go above and beyond for their customers. Last year, I was directed to them by valvoline for a new fuel pump. They replaced it same day. I hadn't gone back because I live a bit away. So, when our other car was acting up yesterday, I called around home at my usual mechanics. Each shop was a run around. So, I called your auto. He said, please bring the van first thing in the morning. I arrived at 8 am. He reviewed and diagnosed the van. He explained everything that was wrong and explained what needed to be done right away, and what could wait. Needless to say, im only going to take my cars there from now on. Cal's honesty is refreshing and they had me back on the road in just a few hours. Im very happy that their service remained exactly the same since my first visit. Truly, the best around.

I am very disappointed with the service at this auto shop. I left my vehicle at 8am and I was promised to have my car back that day. I didn't get a call and when I went to the shop at 4pm, they were closed. No one called me to let me know that they could not finish my car. I don't like the deception and games they play. I will never take any of my vehicles to them again. Be aware of wolves in sheep clothing. People are not always what they seem.

Told me because I got my oil changed at Valvoline, they would be charging me more for my transmission fluid change and said I had to sign a waiver if they screwed anything up, yeah right, horrible customer service. Do better.

Stay away from this Auto shop. The owner is slippery. I caught him in several lies. He doesn't give WRITTEN estimates so he can inflate your bill. Stay away from this mechanic. I'm going to have an honest mechanic check his work. My attorney has advised me to do this. The cashier is very rude and condescending. Boy, did I make a mistake going to this guy.

Do not go to this place. I went to have my brakes replaced on a 2023 model car with no prior problems. After getting my brakes replaced here, they were super noisy, grinding, making all sorts of noise everytime I braked. It got so bad I took it to multiple shops to find out what the problem is and ended up having to pay 300 dollars to fix the improper brake work done here, after being charged 500 for a poorly done job. If you want to save your money and not end up in a financial pit, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Learn from my mistake.

Came here as I was referred to by Valvoline for possible leakage, the owner Cal greeted me and was very nice. After they lifted my car and took off the covers they showed me that there was no actual leaking or damage and what was coming from my car was due to an untightened bolt. Very nice to clean the covers for me with the spill and tighten the bolt to prevent further leaking.

We came here recently and had exceptional service. I was given quotes from other auto shops that were twice the amount we spent here. Kal is very nice. He helped us with our 2015 Ford Taurus. They got the work finished within one day. I have had other shops take a week to do much less work. I couldn't believe how quick they fixed our car. Thank you Kal and everyone else that works there. You helped us more than you know.

Always a good experience. Pricing is some of the best I have found in town. They also fix the issue and you are on your way. Over the years I have not had to return for them to re-fix the issue they worked on the prior visit. I go in about every 6-8 months dependent on my vehicles repair needs at the time.

Something Feels Off Here… I brought my car to Your Auto for what I thought would be a straightforward repair. The first visit cost me about $450 — part and labor included. Unfortunately, the part they used turned out to be faulty. When I brought the car back, Kal (the shop owner) replaced the part, but this time said he would only charge for labor since the replacement part was “covered.” That sounded fair… until I got the bill — another $450. So basically, the total came out to the exact same amount as the first time, even though this visit supposedly only covered labor. 🤔 The numbers don’t quite add up, and that’s what makes it feel sketchy. To make matters worse, it’s 2025, and this business still has no website, no clear contact info, no online service records, and no transparency about pricing or warranties. That’s a big red flag for any auto shop today. Reputable mechanics understand that customers want clarity and accountability — a simple website can show certifications, customer policies, and warranty details. When a shop avoids that kind of visibility, it usually means they’re operating on a “just trust us” system, which is not how professional repair businesses should run anymore. Kal was friendly in person, but the lack of transparency and outdated business setup really killed my trust. I won’t say they’re outright dishonest, but something definitely doesn’t feel right. If you value clear communication, digital receipts, or even just a website that outlines basic pricing and repair policies — I’d look elsewhere
