Mr. Cedric came in the freezing cold to come service my car. He was on time & he completed the appointment within 1 hr & 30 mins. Advance Auto Parts also gave me the wrong equipment. He was able to run and get that switched out with no problem all within the given time. I was recommended him on a Facebook Group called Black Nashville. We just moved back to the Tampa area and are rebuilding community connections here. My car’s AC started blowing hot air and I took it to a local shop to get checked out. They told me I had to change out 3 parts that went bad which would’ve costed us thousands. Cedric took a look at it the very next day and found the problem to just be a sensor issue. He found the part the same day and fixed it immediately, saved us so much time and money and did not take advantage of us like some other shops may tend to. This is my first opportunity experiencing the customer service and maintenance skills of Mr. Cedric and Your Neighborhood Mechanic but it definitely won't be the last. This is going to be long but the type of fast, professional and skilled service that he provided for me at such a critical moment in my travels has to be told. I live in Jacksonville FL and was here visiting my Girlfriend for the Super Bowl. All of a sudden while out shopping my check engine and service light came on. I was scheduled to return home the next day but my car was jerking and acting like it was about to shut down. My Girlfriend has had Mr. Cedric work on her car before and recommended him to me.
