DONT GO HERE!!! Worst car wash ever and very untrained employees, i took my car to wash for the first time here and they destroyed my engine and fried the computers leaving the car with no life by doing a chassis bath, which I didn’t no of. I had to get towed out Mind you it is a brand new 2022. Don’t go here save urself the headache and money

They are always very professional. The owner always works on my car. We have great talks about different subjects as he does my oil change. I have been a client for over 30 years. Besides my car dealer, they are the only ones I let touch my car. Everyone is pleasant. Great experience.

Higher prices worst service. I even tip the guys seems to never clean the outside of a vehicle properly I just left there vehicle wheels look untouched I’ll post pictures later

Super unprofessional. I tried to pay with my debit card and the guy yelled “you don’t have $11” ? What type of customer service is that ? They take debit and had an attitude then tried to over charge me by $5 . I had to fight for a receipt and they only sprayed one side of my car because the rude worker was on his phone the whole time . Terrible experience overall

So far so good. They appear to be official. I'm quite skeptical of places like this because of the wide range of deceptive practices doing on! . Like not changing the oil or promoting add-ons that aren't needed. I came here on a whim, while pulling over to answer a text. I spoke to the kind, jovial office Manger CARLA. She's so sweet, she understood and sympathized with me about my concerns and especially since I just got beat about 4 months ago at Pennsylvania Ave and Flatlands. ( they never changed my oil) I'll never go back there again!!!. This is my go to place from now on and for about $20 less. Thanks again Carla, you rock! 👍🏾👍🏾

Went to Bayridge Ford for an oil change and general service stood around waiting for 10 min before the tech came out and said the wait would be over two hours. Decided not to stay and remembered Zap Lube which is close to my neighborhood of BedStuy. What am I thinking going to a dealer with a two plus hour wait when I can roll up in Zap and be done in 20 min! The staff were friendly and competent. This will be my go to oil change spot from now on. (Also got a free exterior wash right next door!)

Absolute waste of money! Might as well wash ya car with the snowy salt water mix and rinse it with tap water… cause all the soap and machine time did nothing for my front number, looks like I just came from an off-road rally race… like water ain't touch it and no pressure applied

Update: turns out there was a nail in the tire causing a slow leak. So my previous concerns about air in tires is hard to know what impact they had. Was there a few weeks ago and service was quick - it's great to have as an option and had issues with the tech and service manager. We agreed on a price to do an oil change. They changed the air filters (cabin and engine) without asking, so I assumed it was included. When I went to pay they added those charges on. They then had to remove them and reinstall the old ones since I didn't agree nor ask for them to do it.

Been coming here to get my car washed and today to get my oil changed. They were professional, incredibly transparent with pricing, were more than happy to let me take photos of the products used. I have a car that takes all synthetic and a special filter. They had everything and were very pleasant and more than happy to explain any questions I had. They added air to my tires, checked my other fluids. At payment time, Gave me a new customer discount and gave me instructions on a $15 rebate on my oil type purchased. I would recommend them with confidence.

Good spot to get an oil change. The receptionist was the best part of the whole experience. She was very friendly and informative. The gentleman that did my oil change was good as well. The car wash aspect of this was trash though. Car came out just as dirty as it was when it went in.
