The staff is professional, efficient and no nonsense. I have never waited longer than 5-10 minutes before they would begin work on my car. They would also alert me to other potential vehicles issues that I should keep an eye on. A free car wash and vacuum station comes with the oil change located on the premises. Everything is conveniently located.

My son has taken his Mazda to this place for the last two years and was charged between 40 and $50 per oil change. Today he brought my Audi to them and they gave him a quote of $160. They could not explain why it wasmore than three times the price that he had paid in the past and he showed them on his phone proof of all of the previous charges. He left there and went to R&S Wash and Lube literally, three minutes away who charged him $42 for the very same oil change

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION, I took my vehicle for an oil change about a month or so ago and once I got home I noticed a leak, but i tough it was some recedu, yesterday I took the car to change the oíl again and to have it refilled, but when I left, and got home the leak was bigger, so I took the car to my mechanic, he told me that my car has a engine and transmission leakage, I know that the leaks came after work was done on my vehicle, normally I don't write reviews since I like to give the benefit of doubt, but is not fair that every time I take my car for an oil change, that normally the bill goes over $300 every time, i have end up with costly repairs to fix the mistakes their employees cause.

I have a 2003 ford ranger in which I get service at Zap Lube in NB. I like it because I go there and I'm in and out and they have log maintenance history of my truck. Warning, make sure you look under hood after they finish and check if all is good. Approximately, 6 months ago I had an oil change and months after I went to check oil and I found oil dip stick broken with no knob on it for me to pull it out. of course I couldn't prove it was them but there's no way that happens unless it was taken out and accidentally step on or crushed. I had to order a new one but not through Zap Lube. they are very Expensive.

Went for a Oil change and the worker showed me a container with old black oil and advised me to flush clean my motor,😖 I wasn't fooled by that trick. They showed me a Oil that wasn't from my car just to charge me extra for a engine flush. When ever you clean the inside of your engine and transmission you risk damaging them. The cleaning can create cracks in the seals and then the leaking starts.

The only thing that I like about this car wash is the colored neon lights that shine while you are riding through the washing area - it feels like you are in a little disco party. For $13, all that we got out of the price was to go through the machine powered car wash and get a few guys to rub the car dry for a total of about 1 minute. After we come from the quick car rub, we pull over to where we are expected to get the “full service” treatment for vacuuming and we are told that we have to vacuum out the car ourselves -_- So for about 15 minutes, we use the vacuums to clean out the car ourselves, what a waste of time. To top it off, the car was not fully clean, there was still some residue left. Never again.

It seems to me that every time I go there, I always have to return because they don’t fill the anti freeze properly and I get a message that is low on my dash. The technician insulted my intelligence telling me is because the car is too hot. However, when you open the plastic container to add the fluid it doesn’t explode like He said it would . Also, they remove the oil and that’s extremely hot!!!

Terrible service. Front desk clerk rude with no manners. Treats customers very poorly with attitude. Employees incompetent. Took another customer before me when I was clearly next. Had a bus parked in the entrance interfering with access to the location. Car wash is poorly ran. They do not clean cars properly. I’m a member and since membership they rush through cleaning the car. Do not dry it properly. I do not recommend this location. At all.

Excellent place to do business with . I found out that last place I used was putting the wrong type of oil in my car . I explained my situation to the mechanic and he quickly showed the case of oil which was the correct one for my Cadillac CT4 . The oil change was quick and they were very neat in making sure the car was clean after the oil change. I’m very happy to do business with Zap and will continue to use them

I had a horrible experience changing oil on one of my cars. I have Toyota Corolla and Honda element, which I always bring both of them to change oils every 3000 miles into your facility last time. I was there when I was about to pay the money, the lady behind the cash register. She was kind enough to let me know that because I always bring the car to your place to change the oil and had the sticker from the last time on the windshield and mechanic brought a sticker to her most probably because I didn’t. She gave me a discount. She also told me that next time I will get the discount again when I bring the car back to change the oil . This time as a normal procedure when I brought the car, I was expecting to get the discount and I went inside to the office to pay it. The guy behind the register. He charged me a full amount and I ask him why he said this is the price I said why don’t I get the discount? He told me I didn’t bring the a sticker the old sticker. I said why don’t you ask the mechanic he must still have the sticker he said that’s not his job he will lose his job and he does that. I don’t know whether that’s supposed to mean. When I went out when I asked the mechanic, he said that not his job either I should have a scrap and then bring it to the office the way he talk to me with the body language. I was almost thinking that he was going to punch me that’s how aggressive he was and the rest of the crew over there. They were laughing at me looking at me like an idiot. That was a horrible experience humiliating experience. I’ll never go back to your place. This is the second time you guys are sending this inquiries. I’m not going to respond third time you lost a good customer with two cars.
