Brought my car there for charging issue's. Was told I needed a alternator and battery . I paid $650 for this job. Got car home issue's again found they didn't put new battery in but I was charged for it . They did put new in. Next day same issue's took back got out of shop not even a mike put on my car and same issue's. 4 trips to shop and you couldn't figure that it was a crodid fuse. Looks like you need new mechanics as this made you look bad . And to offer me $100 when I paid you $650 to take somewhere else..I did just that and within 15 min of being in new shop boom fixed

I went there for new tires on my truck. Not only did they clean all my rims and balanced all the new tires. They did it for a great price. They also took the time to look over the whole truck to let me know if i needed more work. They treated me like a person and a friend not just another job/custamer. I tell everyone that I talk to or meet to go there. Its nice to know thier is auto repair shops that care about the customer not just the money they bring.

A few weeks ago I went to them for the first time for a misfire. They replaced a bad ignition coil and my spark plugs, excluding one in a rethreaded valve. As they are replacing the other spark plugs they observe that the aluminum threading in my old engine is worn for all cylinders (previous owner liked to do his own work and may have over tightened). A few weeks later my engine blows its second spark plug. Because it was a spark plug they just put in, they rethreaded the newly blown valve and replaced the plug at no charge to me! They did this even though they were confident the worn out threading was the cause and not their recent spark plug replacement. Its an integrity move that puts them at the top of my list for future repairs.

Had my girlfriend go there … they said they knew the problem, claim fixed it , but the car got worse … then they said it was a O ring and they needed 500 more dollars to fix it.. so they fixed the wrong thing and didn’t wanna make it right

Looked around at 3 different repair shops. Brian at 261 Auto Repair was able to replace my brakes at a much cheaper price. I called at 1115am and asked if they could get me in for a new alternator. They had me in and out the same day, for exactly as long as they said. Final cost was what was quoted also. This place is great 👍🏽, I helped my 81 year old mother set a appointment up, but I unfortunately couldn't make the appointment with her and THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO HER, (LIKE SHE WAS THEIR MOTHER) the best part of it all is they didn't charge her a arm and a leg!
