I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta S that was in need of what I thought was only a waterpump/timing belt, come to find out severe damage to the engine occurred. After approaching a couple of shops which were unhelpful when the name "Volkswagen" came out of my mouth a good friend referred me to Craig at 3 Nails. The experience was awesome! He completed my engine replacement with complete satisfaction and was patient during the process of locating a suitable motor. I’m convinced that Craig’s Momma was reading him Chilton manuals during the 9 months before his actual birth and probably well into his toddler years too. The man doesn’t just fix cars, he understands them on a level that makes the rest of us wonder if he’s part human, part torque wrench. From the moment you hand over your keys, you know you’re in good hands. He’s honest, fast, and has that rare mechanic’s gift of explaining what’s wrong without making you feel like you just flunked Auto Shop 101. If cars could talk, they’d all be lined up outside Craig’s bay door begging for an appointment. Five stars (only because I can’t give him six). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
