I paid $ 6,000 for a general paint and when I went to pick up my car they told me that it was not general paint, only taking out the details and painting in parts makes a garbage of work. don't give them your money

I've come to Truc for multiple years, with multiple cars, with multiple problems. He always helps me with whatever I need, quickly, and most times for a better price than anywhere else. Even if he did cost more than the competition (which he doesn't) I'd still go to him instead because he makes the whole process much less of a headache. Good guy, doing good work.

I won't even want to give one star. Such a cheating owner. We brought our dodge pickup to fix. We know our pickup has some problems, but we told him that we didn't want to fix the big problem. We just want to fix small problem part and able to drive on highway for a while. He said he fixed it and he drove the car on highway with 60 speed, no problem. He charged us $200. So we were so happy. When we went to pick up our car. It can't even drive 40 speed. And he told us to pay another $600 so that he can fix another problem. It will be able to drive on highway. I felt that he charged the money and did nothing. That $200 was wated. Car was even worse after we took it back. Now it can't even drive at all. I'm not sure what he did to it. He was trying to make us fix other part and charge $600 for it , and another part charge $2000 plus. So we didn't do it cause he is not trustable at all. It was our first time there which refer by my friend. I won't even think it worth to go there. Don't waste your time and your money, stay away from it.

I am a homeless veteran, living out of the back of my SUV. Was passing through the city, needing to be in rio ranchero new mexico by monday to see my sister, when the check engine came on and stayed on. I called thirteen shops, no one could fit me in for another three days, asking me to leave my bed in their garage for days. Called here, eagerly got me in and situated. They walked me through every step of what they were doing, fixing my initial issue and more, and they did it with a smile. Owner handed me my keys and just said happy holidays and sent me on my way. Best shop in the city as far as im concerned!

Terrible Experience They were dishonest and failed to complete the job. Their charges are outrageously high, and they showed no interest in addressing the necessary car repairs. They kept the car for an excessively long time but didn’t actually work on it. Extremely disappointing service.

A lady hit my 2016 Corvette Stingray and TL Motors fixed it as if nothing had ever happened. Repairs were finished fast and ahead of estimates. The work was excellent and far surpassed the experiences I have had with repairs at other body shops. Service was great from start to finish with no surprises. My car looks beautiful!

It took some time for me to exsplain to them what was to be done. I also let them know that the claims mgr and I had discussed repairs too. At one time we weren't all on the same page but I got to talk to the owner and he worked very hard with me to understand where me and the adjuster and claims rep were coming from .I would use them again . If your not understanding something just get a hold of the owner . I think the office guy I dealt with was new . The owner is not new ....
